I wouldnt even give them on star.. they are very RUDE! My husband wanted to rent something and made the payment online.with credit card then next day called and said they couldn't rent cause his ex wife which the.bi* has nothing.to do with him but anyway was supposed to refund.the money back to card and it was taken off july.31st.and its August 11th now.and still hasnt gotten money back yet!! But.in the mean time 4 days after they.said they couldn't rent to him a lady called him from wise store and said yes we.was wanting.to know if yall are interested in any items we may have and my jaw dropped cause i told.the woman wow yall.gonna have the nerve to call after.yall said you could not rent to us wow!! Some nerve. The.man.grabbed the.phone from the woman and said shes new employee and hung up on me!! Wow they need some.better customet service!! People think they are.all.nice and sweet but i have not yet seen any.good from them! Sounds like the good reviews are coming from there friends.or.family members! I will never reccomend them to...

Let me just say...Above and beyond service! I had a strict time frame. I had a budget. Paul, the manager, and his crew delivered. They put in around the clock make-it-happen time with all they have to help me and my business provide a home for one of our consultants. Keep in mind they were doing this Thanksgiving weekend. I really believe they can help anyone. If they can do this, they can do anything. Also, may I note I didn't get the access code for this apartment till the day this consultant was coming. Love the people who work here except the young boy with big earrings he's put an extra 10 dollar charge on my deal without me knowing if I hadn't had the app I'd never known. Everyone else was trying to sell me anything but they were super friendly. Anyone that doesn't deal alot with them don't know how rude or nice they can be just wanted to let everyone know be aware of your plans and how many payments it'll take to be yours.
