I recently wrote a great review for this place only to end up getting smacked in the face. If I could give this place a â0â stars I would. I have bought two mattress from this place in the past two years and they will smile in your face when its time to buy something, but once its sold its apparently not their problem any more. I bought a mattress in the beginning of October and specifically mentioned that i needed the mattress delivered at the end of month because of a surgery for a family member. When time came for delivery, the day prior, I confirmed TWICE, once on an automated phone call, and once with a woman. When the time came for delivery, the mattress was not delivered because my correct address was not on the paperwork. Because this place is not open on Sundays, I could not get in contact with anyone from the store and delivery driver would not answer the phone even though he just called me from a couple minutes prior. The day after, I called Mattress Firm to figure out a solution, but instead was met with a terrible attitude by man who was indirectly trying to put the blame on me as if it was my fault because I did not notify my sales representative of the missing info from my address. AGAIN I am a repeat customer who has financed mattresses from here before which means if someone were to go just a little above and beyond their job expectations, they could have found my correct information and found an alternative on how to get the mattress in a timely matter. To be honest I got a weird feeling about it once we told our sales person, John, what we were looking for and he just listed a price without showing us anything, but maybe thats normal because we werenât looking for a mattress, just the box spring? Iâm pretty sure they offer more than 1 option though. The next day we got a text with a delivery window and realized we wouldnât be home so we called the store immediately, spoke with John and let him know. They said they called the warehouse and would have delivery rescheduled for Tuesday. Monday evening we realized we havenât gotten a text with a delivery window so we called and John let us know that âthey probably just havent gotten to us yetâ. If he looked up the order heâd know that the store never rescheduled delivery and there was no updated date. Nothing came on Tuesday and we got no notification so we called the store again and they said theyâd look into it and call us back. Itâs not Thursday and we still havenât heard anything.    Read moreI had never regretted a high ticket purchase as much as this one. The initial experience in the store was great, but the customer service after was not. They offer to exchange the mattress twice if the customer is not fully satisfied. The first attempt worked, the second never happened. I was a given the run around. The original sales person was moved to another location and "only your original sales person can help you". Went looking for him a few miles away, agreed to the exchange but "oh the system is not working, I'll call you tomorrow to make arrangements". Never called, never answered the phone again, no one would help because "only your original sales person can help you". Here I am, one year later, having paid the stupid mattress, and still hating it as much as I did from the beginning. They are good sales people for sure, very limited options means they upsell you at every turn. Once they get your money, forget about all the guarantees and customer...
