My story is long, but There is no doubt in my mind that I picked the right school for my journey.I am proud to be a Berkeley Alumni.
I have taken classes in all the campus' and I graduated with My Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management. I worked in the field for a while and moved myself from Newark to the Woodbridge area.
Throughout my journey I switched my major to Medical assistant and then switched back to business due to un-foreseen circumstances that I brought onto myself. My head was not in the right space. I was young and dumb. I remember Jen telling me to not give up, but I was stubborn. LOL
Anyway, I went into the Woodbridge campus recently because I wanted to go back into the medical field (as was my goal to begin with) and have a whole new goal for my life. Behold Jennifer is there and her whole team helped me start my new journey with arms wide open!
They are really like family and I am so proud to be going back to school for a Medical Assistant Certification and I could not have picked a better place to continue my journey.
Jennifer and her team took their time to guide me in the right direction toward my new goals to become a PA eventually. Samantha and Jen and the academic advisor checked up on me to ensure I was ok. I am starting over and they have guided me every step of the way. I had a little financial struggle but they did everything they could to be able to help me continue my education. So glad I opened up and told them what I needed to see if it is even possible. We decided together and now I am enrolled and ready to start class!
The difference between Berkeley and other Colleges and Universities that I love, is that the classes are small and personal. You don't feel like just a number in a campus. They greet you and smile at you and make you feel at home.
They encourage us to ask questions and they do not make you feel unworthy or judge you. In the faculties eyes you are there to succeed and they are right by you to guide you through it. The only thing you need to do is ask (They are not mind readers) and be honest if possible, they will do everything they can to help you succeed.
A college that thinks about you and remembers you and guides you even after you have graduated is what you should be looking for. Because as you can see, I am starting all over again and they are supporting me on my journey. The advisers, the teachers, the CAS, SDC, the FA team they are all sweet and really listen to you and help you in anything they can.
I am proud to be a Berkeley Alumni and returning to continue my education journey on something that sets my soul on fire and makes me feel like I can make a difference. Helping people is what I want to do with my future and I know Berkeley will set me up for success!
Thank you Berkeley Team! Winter 2025 Here I...

Where every single faculty, professor, staff & team member will ensure to pay close attention to every student & their needs. This style of education make students to break the barrier of their silence since the group of students are small in numbers. Whether it is coming from new inquiries, students, staff, professional associates, or nearby small businesses. It is all about being personal here. And no one knows better than Jennifer who has contributed 12+ years of her life in this journey. Behind every successful name, it is the people who make it happen. It may be easy for Jennifer but it takes a lot of pure dedication, personal and professional contribution to this small society where everyone knows each other.
Campus is spotless clean, very well sanitized and maintained. With state of the art equipment in each department. Safe and secured place. Ample parking. Located so close to the train station. Less than minutes from nearby national highways. Walkable distance to small shopping centers. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Respectful people in the neighborhood. Jennifer and management will provide a great welcome kit that will help savings because they have heavily invested in partnering with close proximity local businesses who will provide discounts & the college will also help finding jobs to the students here.
