10/10 - Outstanding experience, took great care of my 04 jetta and got me out of a JAM

I dont live close but I was in the area for something else. I initially damaged one of my mounts going over a pothole. I'm talking completely shattered to the point where it was dangerous to operate the vehicle. I was instructed to drive to German Squad Auto asap. I get there, I get straight to it, show them pics and a video.

Boom, right to it - they call to see who has the part, move cars around to get me on a lift. They were already busy. Not even 1 hour later, all done, new part installed. They even checked any potentially affected areas just to make sure I was good.

I brought in my Audi for an inspection due to a subtle noise. The team was able to diagnose the issue, and I appreciated that.

However, I was very disappointed by what I saw on my dashcam. During the test drive, a staff member aggressively launched the car from a stop, my car has manual trans. Then, later, he took my car out again and picked up and dropped off a woman using my vehicle. Seriously?

This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and not what I’d expect from a reputable shop.

I don’t know why I hadn’t reviewed this shop previously because it’s the only place I would trust to fix my Audi A4 and even my Jaguar F Pace. Dario and his team know cars inside and out and when I saw that A5 convertible sitting on his lot I just had to buy it.
