Burger King — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Worst service ever. I never felt more discrete than today. The General manager left me waiting for 5 minutes and when he decided to take my order he didn't wrong. When I asked him why my order was so expensive he said why did I paid that I should know that it was wrong. I told him that he could repeated the order to avoid mistakes. He called stupid and that he didn't even care about. I told him that it was an excellent customer service and a great good treating pregnant woman like that. If this is The General Manager what kind of customer services can we expect from the r es s of the employees? I am even in tears because he made feel so diminish and I was expending my money!! I was not asking for free meal. I just wanted a service that Burger King offers. I will not come back ever!! This was the worst experience I ever...

So this is now an on going issue. Basically I came in twice yesterday. My first visit was absolutely delicious. My husband and I devoured our food. The manager that deals with the day shift clearly knows what MADE FRESH means. Well on more than one occasion when I go at night and the manager with the glasses and the Jefferson hair not only is he rude but doesn’t understand What “please make my food fresh” means. I will only enjoy Burger King when my order is made fresh. I have no problem pulling up parking and waiting. This man has a major problem doing his job. Which is making sure I get my food exactly how I ordered it. Im hoping this review will inspire him to do better. I chose not to say anything last night because this man really could careless about what I have to say and I truly didn’t want to deal with...

I frequent this location several times for breakfast. Yesterday, my coworkers and I went there. Usually I buy the 2 for $5 sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. However, yesterday while waiting, I saw like a million strips of bacon they were prepping. It looked delicious so I decided to mix and match for the first time. Never again! Will I order the bacon egg and cheese croissant. Instead of bacon egg and cheese croissant, I got an EGG bacon and cheese croissant. WHERE'S THE BEEF?! Or in this case, WHERE'S THE PORK?! Burger King just give two srrips of bacon which means when u bite into it, your getting one strip of bacon. I could not taste the bacon. I returned inside, spoke with manager. She said she understood, but that's what the picture says, 2 strips. She was so nice and polite... but shame on...
