First up , I could have given more stars if available . We were in hunt for new refrigerator . We were going around in Big Box stores like Best Buy and P C Richard and son along with Home Depot and Lowes . But they had either less stock or we didn’t like the Model . Then we moved attention to some open box stores and clearance stores , but quality was very bad . Then once my wife was driving by in Colonia at most unexpected spot she came across this store . Then on our first visit to store , we were well greeted and informed about all the model by Carie . We were amazed by variety of Models they had in such a small place . Most of them were Open box and she was very up front on scratches , dents on these models . As we were looking for LG , they had lot of variety of it and we zeroed down on one , but as we were still not sure , I gave her token deposit . She readily accepted and diligently gave us the receipt of payment and we promised to come back that Friday in 3-4 days . Meanwhile , next day we had some questions on dimensions and we walked in store and Carie pleasantly clarified all our doubts and assured us based on our space dimensions , the model we chose will perfectly fit in . On Friday day of delivery we made final payment in the morning and we were told delivery will be by 2 PM and delivery includes , assembly , water connection and help we need . Delivery guys showed up at the door surprisingly earlier at 1:30 PM. It was a crew of 3 people .As guy whom we sold our old refrigerator was not yet here , these guys diligently unplugged it and moved to the garage . Then they efficiently got to their work and finished including draining the water from old one , cleaning the space , making sure water main closure and making water connection. Then when eveything was done , there was last hurdle as it was not fitting in because of a wooden projection , so the lead crewman , a young Asian with a pleasant personality , said that’s not a problem . He immediately brought his toolkit and with wood cutter cut just enough of wooden projection that refrigerator can go in and fit in. By the time they were gone this lead guy was completely sweating . But instead of immediately leaving , he demoed us all the controls and how to do app setup for wifi control . Then after thanking for our business left with a smile . I purchased a LG washer and dryer set and was made aware of the dents and damages it had. Which I was okay with since in return, came with huge savings and discounts. Plus, the dents on the appliances were on the sides, so after you push it into the space, you can’t even spot the damages. The checking out and setting up a date for delivery almost went smoothly, I was guaranteed the perfect delivery time that aligned with my schedule. When the day of the delivery came, they were being extremely helpful and efficient in helping me install my washer and dryer. The installation crew went above and above to give me the best service possible. They were really careful in moving the appliances up my front yard stairs and even cleaned before and after my laundry room where the washer and dryer is suppose to go.
