Walked in at 2:38. They close at 3. Asked for a toasted bagel, they looked at the toaster, that was off, and said they can't do that. How hard is it to close the toaster down right before closing? Lost sale and disappointing!

12/2/23 walked in at 2:10 pm. Again get a toasted bagel though hours say 3pm close! So I walk out frustrated again. I then walk back in, and order and untoasted bagel. While eating it, some other lady comes in and orders a toasted bagel. To my surprise they don't say anything? When the toasted bagel comes out, I ask the cashier why she told me no toasted bagels, she says, oh we can toast it on the grill! This is all about lazy employees and owners who don't act on the reviews...

I tend to be a bit of a snob and will travel to my old bagel haunts in Westfield. But upon stopping here I was pleasantly surprised and have remained a pretty loyal costumer since. The food is great, most homemade including the occasional surprise of fresh baked goods. (Their recent cupcake additions are quite yummy. I would suggest splitting with a friend.) Service has always been fantastic as well as kind. Also very clean and well kept compared to some of the other places you might come across on Inman Ave. I would avoid their sudden attempt and fresh juice smoothies though.
