I have been usually this pharmacy for years!!!! And this location honestly will make a mistake, when they put my scripts info they basically told me i was trying to refill to early (script called for 2x a day quantity 60, not 1 a day for 60days.) When i call and I guess they make Notes in our accounts that i guess i am now labeled a difficult person. (Witch i dont feel i am, when you make a mistake say sorry, not brush it off. However last month when said situation happened. Well now when i call to speak about my medication i am spoken to with rude tones, short answer with "attitude in the tone, delivery of jasmines words to me tonight. Honestly i do not feel the staff behind the pharmacy counter at this location is professional, and lack human curiosity. "Well thats what the note says" when i simply ask will my script be available tomorrow? And when i had my refill called in early last week, (before refill would be available) automated system didnt even mention the said medication i was inquiring about)
Honestly over the last year i feel the service behind the pharmacy counter lacks quality on customer service. I honestly got off the phone and felt i was spoken to as if i where a child, short answer with that attitude as if "the system said so" like when you ask mom but why, and she responds with that "because i said so" thats the attitude i received when i simply wanted to check on my refill availability/status. Read moreHi Please reach out to me with this issue, it is extremely severe. The pharmacist put incorrect labels on my medicine. See attached pictures as proof. Just because I have used one of this medicine recently I know it was incorrect label on it. Apart from that they have put one of my prescription "on file" without my doctor's advice and when I called to ask there were 3 prescriptions and I only got 2 they said "I am sorry I don't know why someone put the other prescription on file" This was not a refillable prescription, it was for flu treatment. They did the same thing with my husband's prescription 2 days later, our entire family was sick and we visited this pharmacy for all of our prescription needs but I don't know if they should be kept open if they have incompetent staff. There is one Asian lady who is extremely rude and loud in the pharmacy, she gives all kinds of excuses they make mistakes and don't even apologize. This pharmacy used to be much better when there was different staff. This new staff is chaotic, not organized and managed well. The issue that they have done with my medicine is grounds of lawsuit and I am willing to take that next step if I do not hear from anyone at the Walgreens corporate. Read moreWent here to pick up a prescription for a throat infection. I had to wait 20 minutes, and they didn’t give me all medicine I was prescribed. But they told me they did they did not tell me to come back, or wait, nothing.
I didn’t find out that the pharmacy didn’t give me all proscriptions until I went back to the urgent care a few days later asking for more medicine because I was still ill. They urgent care said I should still have antibiotics. I said, no I was prescribed 3 pills for 3 days and cough syrup. The urgent care said no. I was also prescribed antibiotics, the most important part of that prescription. The urgent care called the pharmacy and found out they have my other medicine. They just neglected to give it to me, when I picked up my prescription.
