NAILS SKY — Local services in Woodbridge Township

Ok… let’s start by saying I have been to this establishment a few times when I have had my nails done by the original owner…I came back not knowing whether he was still the owner or was just simply off that day …I have never been the one to leave bad reviews but… I had sns dip powder done on Saturday 4/8/23 … my nails were lifting and cracking on Monday 4/10/23… I did not want to complain because 1)- they would never give a refund and 2- I would never go back to that establishment to do anything ever again … I had a gel pedicure in cold water … I asked if she could please make the water warmer and what she felt was warm enough for her was good enough. The water was still cold after “her making the water hotter”…. The fact that I had to spend $45 or more on having my nails chipped and feel like press-ons is crazy to me … which I’m sure in most cases press ons would probably last longer than 3 days 😡..they have to do better… I would never go back there … even after being there multiple times… I just simply took their cheap sns off and will...

I really wanted to like this place, but they don’t listen to what you ask for. When I walked in, I specifically asked if they could do chrome nails, they said yes. I showed a reference photo (middle photo below) to make it clear what I wanted. The tech assigned to me didn’t speak English, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there was someone to help translate, but that wasn’t the case.

Instead of the chrome look I asked for, I got a shiny cotton candy-style gel on my toes. I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t terrible, so I settled. But when it came to my nails, I repeated the request for a chrome effect but just a little more pink. Again, not even close to what I asked for.

It’s frustrating to pay $75 for nails that don’t match the picture you showed twice. The end result isn’t awful, but it’s not what I wanted or paid for. Chrome wasn’t delivered. Overall, just...

I first want to start off by saying that I’ve been a customer at this nail salon for quite some time and never had a bad experience but I am disappointed by todays service. I called asking if I can come in at 5:30 and I was told “Sure, no problem” I arrive at 5:20 and told them I called for 5:30 and had a seat. I was never told there would be a wait. 15 minutes go by, 20 minutes no one hasn’t said anything. Finally at 6:10 I’m told to go to a station and someone finally comes to soak the gel off my nails. 10 minutes go by and no one comes back to attend to my nails. At 6:40, I was finally attended to. I left at 7:12 and needless to say I’m not satisfied with the service I received. If you are overbooked, please do not accept walk ins.
