EZBUY COMPUTERS AND ELECTRONICS — Local services in Woodbridge

Feel compelled to update this review, as our family has been doing great business with EZbuy for several years now... I am a prior service Marine (communications/electronics). Worked for Perot Systems, IBM & DELL. I've been building laptops/desktops, providing (remote or in-person) software & hardware support for friends, family, fellow Veterans, seniors, disabled & anyone with a legit need and little/no resources. I've also been a tester for Microsoft software longer than both my kids have been alive. With regard to EZbuy, it's refreshing to know that there are still genuinely good people out there, trying to offer the same through their business. Can't say enough about personal experience there over the years. I happilly offer whatever technical services I have to EZbuy and the awesome owner. All he has to do is give me a call!

The owner was annoyed and frustrated at first. He was working to get the price down. We had previously discussed the price of 150$ but when he pointed out some of my stuff was not the Super model, I was happy to work with him at the best price he offered. I then presented more items to sell and when i tried to work with him to get a fair price on my other items he tried to get them for free. When I asked for a fair price he refused to buy any of the items and used profane language and threw my stuff out his shop. I asked him to calm down but he refused and I left. He still did not offer me a price for the items he wanted for free so I kept 1 of them because I didn’t want to part with it all for no value. Do Not go to this shop, I took computer parts in that were new, when I get there he tells me he can't take it because they're new even though he asked for an ID and you have to fill out a form. he's telling me oh I don't want to help people that steal make money if you're registering everything to me with my government issue ID then everything will fall back on me if something is stolen. he left me in a really bad position he was the only person open on a Sunday.
