La Pradera Tex-Mex — Restaurant in Virginia

I had the worst experience ever at la pradera. They have the worst customer service ever. Once you get into the place they don't tell you that you have to pay the enter at all so once you start buy drink or food then they want to add 10 dollar extra for each person because they say that you have to pay for entertainment even though they didn't even tell you that you have to pay for it. Anyway, I went there with my family on May 7 - 2016 when we try to ask why they charger is a extra 10 dollar for each person in our bill. They told us that we have to pay anyway that we have to pay for entertainment even though they entertainment sucks and they even told us if we don't want to come back that they did not care at all. That's reasons I won't recommend anyone to go to la pradera at all. If you want to waste your money or time feel free to do so. Also, they over charger people for anything that you buy there. I never ever experience any so bad ever in my life. To be honest if I could give this place less that one star . I will be happy to do so. PLEASE DONT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET RIP OFF AND WALK AWAY WITH NO MONEY...

Once again here at La Pradera in Woodbridge. Excellent Bistec a lo pobre very jucy, tender and the egg that comes with it, was served as requested. The home fríes were made Just like at home. Rice and beans and fried sweet plantain exquisite. Nice and very romantic songs playing in the background. Nice atmósphere and excellent family restaurant. Kuros to the kitchen staff, Joseph and to the Waitress, Lillian. This is an excellent place to come and relax and to have fun. I also come during karaoke nights, and it is the best in town. The karaoke young lady, sings like a pro and she pleases you in all your karaoke songs. To me she is the best in town. K

La pradera is an excellent place to hang around with family and friends. La Paella was exquisite. I ate two of them in the same night. Cold beers and excellent service! Price is excellent!! I will be there tonight again to order two paella to eat there and of course to karaoke, the best place in town in Woodbridge...

Do not come here if you are looking to have a nice meal with your family. Music was so loud I had to practically scream to the person across from me. The waitresses mainly focused on the guys at the bar. We had to try and wave the waitress down several times and STILL didn’t get their attention. We had to get up and find them to get our order taken. The waitress took my order wrong and blamed it on me, once I pointed out that I ordered it just like on the menu she tells me the menu is printed wrong and I should’ve told her from the beginning what I wanted… I couldn’t order something else as I didn’t want to continue waiting after we had been sitting there for more than an hour. The waitresses took their sweet time, didn’t check up on us, no refills were offered throughout the meal. Even then they still applied gratuity on our bill after the horrible customer service they had given us. Would NOT...
