Complaint / Reclamación:

I purchased a tres leches cake from your store, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Half of the cake turned out bitter, and in my slice there was even a small bitter piece. Other slices had the same issue. To make matters worse, we found a piece of paper baked inside the cake.

When we tried to raise the issue at the store, the employee started to argue and claimed it was not from your product. This was very upsetting because clearly, it came from the cake. In the end, half of the cake had to be thrown away, along with the plates we had served it on.

I expect better quality control and customer service. I am requesting an explanation for this bad experience.
