I honestly don’t know where to start! This place is a huge joke! I do NOT recommend this place to no one! I moved into this apartment complex on March 1, 2015 but I requested to move in two days early, I told them I’ll pay the difference which I did. When I moved in they gave me a paper to check everything off to make sure everything was working. I wrote a huge list of all the things that were wrong with the apartment! I did not want to be blame for the things that were malfunctioning. I can’t recall but maybe they only fixed a couple of things. When my lease was up the following year they stated my original date was February. Just because I pay a two prorated days in February I was ripped off by a whole month! I was piss! Trash gets piled up so bad it’s disgusting! The gates are a huge joke and are use for show! They never worked! In the three years I stayed there maybe a total of 5 months the gates where functioning. The playground and basketball court are sad looking. No net for the basketball hoop! The mulch on that playground looks disgusting and honestly I wouldn’t call it a playground. They have one maintenance guy fixing everything! The managers there change every year! Yes! In the 3 years I stayed there I seen 3 different mangers! Marsha the assistant manager has been there 2 years. They only matain the front of the leasing building looking nice. But the rest of the complex looks horrible the building where I stayed at had more mud than grass. I only use the pool one time and that’s it! The current manger Amanda is a piece of work! Does not call you back! She charged me $25 dollars in November because they didn’t have my update rental insurance. I physically went to the office and spoke to her directly. Got my insurance to email them my new rental insurance, which they did because I got copied on the email. Went back inside the leasing office and ask if she received it. She stated yes. I payed the $25 dollars. In January of this year I get another noticed stating I owe $25 dollars. I called the office like always no one answers the phone so I physically went to the office and spoke to Amanda about this charge she stated to my face oh don’t worry about the charge it’s the rental insurance our billing cycle is 30days behind. I know you paid already the $25. I received 2 to 3 more notices that I still owe $25 bucks.I called and Amanda answer stated she never received my rental insurance via email and each month that I didn’t have one I got charge $25 dollars. I was very upset and reminded her our conversations and the times I spoke to her in person! Here is the best part when forwarded the original email of my rental insurance to them I was on the phone with Marsha to confirm if they received the email. Amanda stayed that the email was sent on November 6 and I no rental insurance in the month of October! Wrong! I did have it. My rental insurance expired on October 14 2018 and they didn’t have the new document that stated October 2018-October 2019.So I was told that the money I paid was for October and I still owe money for November! I told them no I am not paying, take it out of my deposit! Mind you I was already moving out, I was done with this complex I guess the icing on the cake was when last year in July a day before me leaving on vacation with my family. Someone busted my car window! This would have NOT happen if the gates where functioning properly! So many people that were not from the complex stayed there! I went to the leasing office and asked if they had cameras around the complex and they don’t! The person who I showed the picture told me it was probably kids goofing off! On top of that my last year there cops stayed coming every week! Oh beware they will charge you for everything! I got charged $25 dollars for a balance that I supposly owe $45 dollars for the 47 blind replacement. (Which I have video of how I left that apartment) $259.99 carpet replacement and $16 for a drip bowl replacement! They pretty much took all of my deposit! Only gave me back...
Read moreIf I could rate lower I would. Recently management changed. I havent had much intereaction with new management but from what my husband has shown me, she lacks professionalism. The office staff all lack professionalism from day one. During the move in process I was denied a viewing of the apartment due to staff being shorted. We saw our apartment on the first day we moved in after making payment. The linoleum tiles were loose ( not properly placed) and when we moved furniture over the tiles they broke in the corners. The carpet is cheap. There was mold in the bathrooms that didnt appear until 2-3 days after moving in. Water damage around the edges of the tubs was just covered with paint rather than fixed. All things mentioned on the move in sheet. Then we had issues with paperwork. We were told we needed renters insurance which we were required to show proof of the move in date. We called the office and after finally getting a hold of someone we were told we did not need it. We proceeded to get nasty letters on the door for the next two months saying we needed to get proof of insurance or we would be charged. Everytime we visited the office they were not there or answering (during posted office hours) and would rarely answer the phone. We found email to be the best method of contact eventually. After being threatened a charge for paperwork we already provided we were being told to remove my mothers dog. My mother has mental health issues and has a therapy dog in training...when my mom would visit ( she does not drive so stays a few nights) she would bring her dog. The complex management tries to find ways to charge the residents so they can fit more things in their budget. They ended up getting harrassment charges from another resident who was physically unable to clean. They have a cheap community gate that breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Neighbors smoke pot and the smell seeps into the walls...wouldnt dare making that conplaint because the offices lack of professional would allow the apartment smoking the pot know who said something. The kids in the neighborhood were highly disrespectful and destructive. There is a sexual predator allowed to live in the neighborhood without anything on his window or door to show that. He visited the pool before. To top it all off they conduct general maintenance, like they should, you will get a note on your door 24- 72 hrs stating that maintenance would be visiting your apartment to change air filters and etc with the office manager and this never happened after the first few months. Every three months was air filter , the onve randomly they wanted to also replace smoke detectors they would give a time frame of mon- fri 9-5 then wouldnt come..then post a letter for the next week and wouldnt come then finally show up the next monday without posted notice. I would never recommend anyone move in here. You arent treated like a resident here and our family certainly didnt...
Read moreI moved in with my uncle and he's wife not to long ago I recently purchased my first car I brought it home yesterday afternoon which was Friday I parked it outside since I didn't have a parking pass decided I'd wait until Monday to go to the office to get my parking permit. As I walked outside this morning to my car I see this lady on the phone looking around and making a whole bunch of noise she asks me if that's my car I said no not that one but the one next to that white car is mine though. I asked we can't park here ? She responded "very rudely" no these parking are only for employers not visitors as she continued to talk on the phone "laughing" I explianed I just moved here not to long ago,I just purchased my car I brought it yesterday afternoon the office was closed I couldn't stop by to get my permit so I decided to leave it here over night. She responded well I'm the office manager and why hasn't your uncle came to the office and asked for a parking permit clearly I had just told her ( that I had brought my car yesterday ) office was obviously closed it was after 5:30pm then she says well I'm calling the tow truck because you can't park here and I don't know who's white car this is etc ... so that car was towed if It wouldn't of been because I had to go somewhere this morning I'm pretty sure my car would of been towed also. Maybe the office should be a little bit more specific and put signs outside that those parkings are only "employee parkings" my whole point here is if your the " office manager " maybe you should consider revaluating your customer service skills as for a fact customer service is the main priority in most places but I guess it isn't here . I would of loved to have gotten her name but I didn't sadly all I know is that she was Spanish ( not being racis because I'm Spanish as well ) highly upset can't believe a person like that can call...
