I would like to share my gratitude and recognition to the leadership and staff of Emerald Gardens. I spent several weeks searching for a Memory care facility for an elder woman under my care as POA. I approached several facility to no avail until I contacted Emerald Gardens. I sent an inquiry through their web site and almost immediately, I received a phone call from Isaiah. He was very accommodating and met with us within an hour of our initial phone conversation. He gave me and my husband a tour of the facility and we started the process for assessment and admission. He was very accommodating, helpful and kept me informed of the progress throughout the progress. Yuri, their Wellness director made her in person assessment of the patient and went above and beyond to reach out to me to get more information way after her work hours to complete her assessment. Her dedication and commitment to help the patient to be accommodated on the right level of care is commendable. As we progress on the acceptance and admission process, Jessica, the facility Administrator connected with me either on the phone or email and updated me on the next step. She helped me understand the process and answered the questions/concerns I had. She was very kind and cordial. I am very grateful for that I connected with these great leaders who are very responsive, caring and helpful. The patient moved in to Emerald Garden expeditiously and is well taken cared of by their caring and compassionate staff. Thank you so much for your help and efficient process. I appreciate your compassion and putting the patient first to ensure she receives the right level of care, safe and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently moved a friend to Emerald Gardens. From start to finish the experience was positive in every way. Alberto, Jessica and the rest of the staff are just wonderful humans...kind, caring, understanding, respectful and pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious, prepared by a very nice young man who is the chef. The place is very clean and obviously well tended. The staff have all been so welcoming from the beginning. Because of her dementia, I took a few weeks to get my friend fully moved in, wanting her to feel very at home when she was finally sleeping there. We had some meals there before the final move in day, met residents and just got familiar with everything. It was the right approach and now my friend is so happy and content and I am beyond relieved and grateful. I had no idea an assisted living place could be like Emerald Gardens. Should I ever require such a place, I would feel very fortunate to find myself a resident there. It's also nice to now when she needs it, my friend can move over to the memory care area when she requires more than assisted living. Thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read morecould not ask for a better place for my mom to be. This year has been difficult (Understatement) at best. Mom has had challenges and we are blessed to know that everyone takes excellent care of her.
We have not been able to be there as much as we would like. My Dad would say....give your Mom hugs. She needs lots of hugs. I can tell you that the hardest part of this is not being able to give Mom hugs. However, the staff (who could quite easily be family) have stepped in for us. When I see Mom light up when the caregivers show up my heart is happy. It's the hug I would like to give in the form of her caregivers.
From the bottom of my heart....thank you. God bless you for keeping mom safe during these...
