Horrible. The first round through the drive-thru the lady taking my order was rude and kept not listening to me order, then getting annoyed with ME when she repeatedly would make me repeat myself. Anywho, I ordered a large fuffernutter blizzard, blizzard with a marshmallow center/core, and I get home to find NO marshmallow. At all. That was the whole point of this blizzard! And its not like this stuff is cheap! So i drive back for round 2 at the drive-thru. I ate about a quarter of the large blizzard before digging through it to find no marshmallow before driving all the way back in the heat btw. And that same lady then tells me she won't replace my large blizzard with anything but a small. Because I "ate half of it already"... that large was literally 3/4 of the way full still, mostly melted! And all I get in return for them messing up my order, is a small? Not even a medium?? Even if I did eat half, they still messed up my order! I had to drive back across town just to address it. That just through me! She wasn't even wearing a name tag. But it seemed like she was a manager. I just cant beleive someone can be so rude, mess up your order, and only "fix" is to replace a large with a small... that's not right. It's not my fault YOU messed up. All I wanted was what I ordered in the first place. I would of been ok if it were even replaced with a medium, because I get it, I ate some. But a small was rediculous. I had way more in my cup left than a small. And to top it all off, the marshmallow, in my SMALL replacement, still didn't have a marshmallow core. But a still small, but atleast there lump of marshmallow at the very bottom. Like, I understand being tired, frustrated, over-worked, and yes, this dq was pretty busy, alot going on... however... that's not my fault. And I was never rude, never disrespectful. I saw how busy it was, i know what its like to be overwhelmed, so i was patient. So i dont think i deserved such a snappy attitude. But, It's also not my first Horrible experience at this exact dq. I wish this wasn't so long, im sorry. But this time, I feel like something...

It took 17 minutes for our order to be taken (1 person in line ahead of us). They took 5 minutes to give us our ice cream (which we couldn't eat in the lobby despite all the dirty tables-none were clean as dine-in wasn't allowed--still trying to figure that one out). The rest was another 10 minutes, but they forgot our sauces, drinks, and were out of fries. (We overheard it and had to tell the lady who'd taken our order, they ran out just as we arrived.) I pointed out to the cook that he was actually supposed to wear a mask, too.(It is under his chin as you can see.) He said he's there all day, to which I replied that it was still a health code requirement. A minute later, he came out to my car and repeatedly threatened to call the police if I took his picture again, I took 2 [1 clear] while inside earlier. At this point, my phone was in the car and I was out as I was headed back in to get the items they'd omitted.) I suggested he wear his mask. More threats and I said that would be great, I'd be happy to talk to them (the police) about health code compliance.
It isn't about if you agree with masks or not. It is about following health codes. Masks, hand washing, etc. If they don't follow the obvious ones, they rarely follow the others.
The PROS? of this visit. It wasn't just our order that was messed up. Everyone we saw was having issues. Also, a gal named Anna wore her mask properly and asked others entering to wear a mask. A gal at the drive thru and the older lady who took our order were masked. Finally, after my comment about sanitation, the lady at the counter started to use hand sanitizer between handling money and making desserts. Definitely won't be going back! (Also didn't eat anything that hadn't been deep fried-figured it should be safe.) She photos of...
Read moreIf I could give this location a -100 stars I would!! I have grown up in the area going to this Dairy Queen for years, but it has gone downhill. My most recent visit to Woodburn’s DQ had me waiting OVER 40 minutes for a takeout order. 4-5 customers who ordered after me had their order satisfied within the 5 minutes after their placed order. 10+ cars were serviced in the time I awaited my order. My order wasn’t even acknowledged, until I came to the counter at the 30 minute mark requesting a manager. This location NEVER has any management. On a separate occasion about 2 weeks before this one, myself and my family came inside for a take out order and the inside was a complete wreck. It was FILTHY!! Not to mention all of the employees look unclean and unkept. Out of all of the times I have recently come to this DQ it has always been dirty and they don’t wash their hands! On this occasion I had to wait 20+ minutes to receive our order. Again the same issue with more drive through and other orders being delivered before ours that were ordered after. This location severely needs to be shut down. There was an incident while there where a child got injured due to employee neglect. A drive through employee was coming into dining to get soda from the fountain and spilt it everywhere, then this child slipped and fell, and the employees did nothing. They didn’t even bat an eye. No signs were put up around the area to say it was wet, until I requested an employee to do so. This employee proceeded to “under his breath” cuss at the fact that I had asked for him to clean up the mess or acknowledge it was there.
Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE, terrible customer support, terrible management. (Or lack there of.) I have contacted corporate multiple times and have requested refunds for my orders, and nothing has come back aside from corporate stating they are reaching out to the...
