Subway — Restaurant in Woodburn

Four times in a row, sides, like A drink, chips, cookies, churros, are not delivered. The sandwiches were great… But that’s all you’re gonna get. I’ve gotten to the point where I simply don’t order anything else because I’m just giving them money for things that do not appear. Called the manager spoke to the manager, the manager’s answer was “oh I am so sorry. It’s DoorDash‘s fault! They are expected to check for side items and pick them up themselves.“ I didn’t order through DoorDash. None of these orders were through DoorDash. They subcontract through DoorDash themselves For their delivery. The items are not with the order, it’s not DoorDash’s problem. They don’t work for Subway. Their job is literally to run in there grab the order and deliver it to the customer as quickly as possible. They did that. I didn’t Order or pay DoorDash. I paid SUBWAY® directly. The manager’s solution was to refund the sandwich that I did receive, and promised to put a sign up so that the DoorDash drivers wouldn’t forget the side items . Instead of including them In the bag, or putting them in separate bag or a carrier… You know taking matters into their own hands instead of expecting somebody else to do it for them. Waited a week, tried again, same thing.

And don’t get me wrong, it’s not like I got screwed out of a lot of money here, but over time, it adds up , just like the frustration with it adds up. You can only be so nice for so long When dealing with a business, that doesn’t appreciate your business enough to do THEIR business...

These sandwiches are some of the best sandwiches in the world! It's impossible not to like them! There are so many different reasons these amazing sandwiches are so appealing, but I think I may know why. Just warning you, I'm no scientist, so don't expect any studies! My first reason these sandwiches seem so appealing is the wide variety of them! There are many different ingredients and breads, and even premade sandwiches that Subway has to offer; ham, turkey, cheddar, swiss, grain bread, wheat bread, tomatoes, onions, and many more of each category! Its simply too facinating to not try getting a custom or even premade sandwich! My second reason is that the sandwiches are never too moist, but never too dry, easy to eat, tempting to try! If your sandwiches always feel like they're missing something, get a sandwich from subway. My third reason is that it's a quick and easy meal! You don't need to spent hours buying and cooking something fancy when subway tastes better than any fancy meal. It's not even unhealthy! Of course it's a little spendy, and the sandwiches fall apart a little easily, but that's a small price to pay for perfection! And I just want to say, I love this place. It's a fact. I eat here whenever I can. It makes me feel full, and it tastes good! Ive always got a little leftover so i can snack! Btw, I'm not an employee, I just wanted to write a persuasive essay on how good...

Can't believe how slow or pathetic the system was! There was a self order kiosk/screen in the drive through - which seemed a great idea and easy to place order - i wanted to see all drive through systems like this (speaker was super loud though). However, end experience was a nightmare. There was just one person ahead of me and she ordered 4 subs only but her order took nearly 30-ish minutes via drive through - YES 30! When finally I reached the counter, staff said they didn't recieve my order at first but then they were able to locate it. Also, no body came on window for couple minutes until after i knocked and called. Then they said they were out of veggie patty - so kiosk system wasn't maintained for real time stock but then they were prompt afterwards. Overall staff seemed nice and helping once i was able to get to human but until then it was super slow. Not sure if it was human/staffing or system issue. Overall wait 40-45 mins just for 2 subs - delayed my journey and reached my destination pretty late...
