Taco Bell Corporate Office Taco Bell store #3536 Woodburn, OR 97071 Dear Taco Bell Corporate Office, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Taco Bell location in Woodburn, Oregon, on October 20, 2023. My name is lacob Weber, and 1 had a profoundly disappointing experience that has left me frustrated and dissatisfied as a loyal customer. Approximately one week prior to the incident, I visited your establishment and placed an order for the Party Pack. Unfortunately, my order was completely wrong; it consisted of all hard tacos. The reason this was problematic is that my mother recently underwent surgery on her mouth and can only consume soft tacos. As a result, she was unable to eat that evening, which was an unfortunate and frustrating situation for our family.
Upon discovering the mistake, I promptly contacted Taco Bell to voice my concern, and I was informed that I could come in to have the order replaced free of charge. After a week's delay, I returned to the Woodburn location at 8:15 PM on October 20, 2023, to collect the corrected order, along with additional items I ordered myself,such as a grilled stuffed burrito nacho fries, and a large Baja Blast drink. The only item intended to be provided free of charge was the Party Pack.
To my astonishment, when I arrived at the drive-thru window, the staff attempted to charge me for the entire order. Furthermore, my order was still incorrect, and I was left waiting at the window for an excessive amount of time, with impatient cars behind me honking. Frustrated and feeling unheard,I proceeded to the front lobby to seek assistance, but tre employees there were unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. I ultimately left the establishment unsatisfied and deeply disappointed with my experience.
This level of service is unacceptable, and it has tarnished my perception of Taco Bell, a brand I have previously held in high regard. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to bring this incident to your attention so that corrective measures can be taken to improve the service at this location and ensure that other customers do not face similar issues.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter, address the situation with the Woodburn, Oregon, Taco Bell team, and take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future. It is my hope that Taco Bell can regain my trust and maintain its reputation for quality and customer service.

Read moreHonestly you can pass on this restaurant and go to burger king or another restaurant nearby they have the worst customer service especially if they make your order wrong even if you talk to the manager they will tell you that you don't have to pay for your order that was made incorrectly and they'll change their mind and tell you that you have to pay for the order they made wrong after they take your receive and throw your food to the garbage!!! I Ordered a veggie cantina bowl with no cheese no sour cream no avocado ranch , 3 chalupas with beans no cheeses no sour cream, 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito with no cheese and received a wrong order: I received a Catina bowl veg with no rice And 2 cheesy bean burritos with cheese when I ordered no cheeses I called so that I can get it remade I went through the drive thru told me to pull over to the window the cashier lizbeth G told me they would remake it and I gave her my receipt and the food that was made incorrectly and they told me to pull over so that they can attend their other costumers so after 8 min they remade the cantina bowl and the 2 bean and rice burritos but made the rice and beans burrito with cheese again so I had to go back to the drive thru and ask them to remake them and she told me she would not charge me so I pull up to the window give her the burritos that were made incorrectly again and she threw them away and after 2 min the manager comes and tells me they cannot make them because they have to charge me for them because they are remaking them? I think that was not a great way to solve the problem especially when I the costumer paid for 2 burritos that were never made correctly and especially after they told me they wouldn't charge me for remaking them after they threw the burritos away so I just gave them free money for something I never received. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They lost a customer will never be going back ever! I'd rather drive to the Taco Bell in brooks and have my order done right and get better customer service there! Just waisted gas going back all the way from my house for nothing plus lost money on my order! I didn't want to argue with the manager and left with nothing!! Read moreI live in Woodburn and always know there will be a long line at Tacobell. I actually tried something new today and ordered through the Tacobell Website and requested a pick up at 7:15pm. I pulled up at 7:13 and of course there was a long line. But assuming I pre ordered I should get through quickly. Wrong. It is 7:33pm and I am still sitting behind a car that was at the speaker to order for 17 minutes now. No cars in front of this Subaru. They were told to hold on. I counted 7 cars that pulled up and then turned around left the line behind me. Loss of money for you Tacobell. I know it has nothing to do with the employees. They are understaffed all the time. Maybe if they invested in more employees to work the dinner rush they would make a profit. Obviously the customers are here.. They just leave because it's not "fast food" If I had not pre- paid online I would have turned around also and went across the street to McDonald's. But as I sit here I am finally getting closer to the window and my food. Hopefully the owner of this location reads this and understands the need for more employees, to get more customers to make more profits. Won't be back after this, sorry.
Uodate: I am. Now at window and its 7:40pm..my food is not ready.. What's the point of ordering online? I could have drove to the Wilsonville location and back in this time frame, but their line is always quick. Save your time and money, go to another location or just go to Burger King or McDonald's next door.
FML... I left the line with my food (NOW AT 7:50PM!) and of course they forgot a burrito!!! I am getting a refund and telling you all.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Well, I went back through the drive thru and told them I've been here for 45 minutes and I wanted to speak to a Manager. They told me to come in, which I didn't want to do, hello that's why I ordered online drive thru! Walked in and they told me a Manager will call me.
