I was with my mom shopping, helping her look for a special outfit for my son's rehearsal dinner. Hailey was helping us and she was so helpful and positive! We found a great top and jacket but my mom needed a size that wasn't in the store. And of course we needed it for the following weekend! The store manager Kathy introduced herself and she and Hailey checked other store inventory. Kathy then told us that she would go to the stores personally and get the two pieces! We met back at the store a few days later and she had everything ready for my mom! Customer service at its finest!!! These ladies made our day and showed how much they care about...
