Very disappointed. While in Tarrytown, I discovered a wonderful coffee shop and bought the most amazing coffee beans ground specifically for espresso. Since I only have a Nespresso machine, which uses pods, I had to buy and espresso machine that doesn't use pods. for this wonderful new . I was hoping that somebody there would be able to help me. In the past the staff was very knowledgeable on the products that I selected, including a Breville toaster oven and a Vitamix. I could easily go to a Bed Bath & Beyond or a Best Buy, but I like how knowledgeable the staff is at Williams-Sonoma. After I did some research on the internet narrowed down the list, the staff was able to give me the pros and cons of the ones on my list and help me choose. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone there that was that knowledgeable. The woman that was making an attempt to help me was also concerned about the meal she was cooking and had to keep running back. Ultimately I chose a device with her "help" only to get it home and find out it is not for espresso, only for coffee. I was really bummed because I was so looking forward to making this amazing Brew. So now I have to go back to the store to return it. Then I'm going over...

I was first to arrive at the store and was greeted by lovely security men outside who instructed me that the store opened at 11. When it came closer to 11 another customer came up to the front and claimed she had been “waiting in her car since 9am” and that she was indeed the first inline. The security men politely resolved the situation in my favor, and all was well. The service in the store was impeccable as always. Within 10 minutes the Apple employee had figured out the problem. He swiftly fixed my phone and made some nice small talk with me while I was waiting. Sometimes Apple employees can seem bored or down since their job is quite routine, however this gentlemen truly seemed to want to help and was very chipper through out...
Read moreThis is a nice, clean shopping center, anchored on the north side by the Apple Store and Panera, which is a combination I have done often. There is a host of higher-end clothing stores here. It's generally easy to access for those close to the Garden State Parkway. Sometimes the parking near the more popular places during the busiest times can be a little difficult, but you should be able to find a space pretty much any time. One thing most of the stores seem to have in common, in my experience, is...
