I was really disappointed with my nails here. I booked an appointment online with a nail tech and in the description of what I wanted I said “ombré black nails”. Nothing crazy, just black ombré on the tips of my nails with a nude underneath. When I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, which is fine because I know how salons can be, but the tech I booked with sat down and when I told her I wanted to show her the ombré reference photo I was told she doesn’t do airbrush and I had to sit down and wait another 30-40 minutes. This really frustrated me because I put in the booking that’s what I wanted. I finally sit down with another Tech who seemed miserable because he was stuck with me 30 minutes past the business close time because of the whole situation. My nails had an ombré but the shape was nowhere near what I had asked for (I attached a photo of the shape I asked for.) The gel on the nails are bulbous on some fingers and were very round like they hadn’t been shaved down properly. I had gel dried to the skin of one of my thumbs. The photo doesn’t show it well but I left with nail polish on and around my cuticles on both hands from the air brush and some on my fingers to top it off. I don’t blame the nail tech, he has probably just tired and ready to go home and to be frank I was too given how long I sat and waited. I won’t be back most likely but I’m sure they can do great work. Just a disappointing experience overall for $85 gel and a $20 tip. I debated going back and asking for a fix but I didn’t want to have to sit and wait because booking an appointment with what you want done doesn’t seem to do much if I’m gonna end up with someone who doesn’t do what I asked in my...

Please for the love of god do not go here and get Liem. If you have any sense do not go here at all. I have been a long time customer here and today like no other I was going to get my nails done. I already had an appointment but I was feeling a little sick. So I asked my mom if she wanted to go. She had only got her nails done 2 times before this and doesn’t understand much about nails. Today when she went Liem was so ungodly rude to her and when he put the complete wrong color on my mom, after hurting her multiple times taking her old nails off, proceeded to violently take off the new kind. My mom was very kind and didn’t know if the color would lighten up or if his ombré effect that she didn’t ask for was a painting style so she asked after 1 hand and one cure if that was the final color. He said yes and when she said she didn’t like it and it wasn’t what she asked for ( in a very kind way ) he very aggressively took off this polish and cut her so bad she started bleeding. Her nails are paper thin even thinner than mine after getting at least 10 sets of acrylics in a row. Her fingernails have cuts all around them. He then charged her 20 dollars and when she obviously just signed the receipt with no tip he slammed it on the counter. I highly recommend Reverie Nail Lounge. I fractured my back in a bad car accident last year and was unable to do much needed nail care on my feet. So needless to say, I kept putting off going to have a pedicure because I was embarrassed. Well yesterday I broke down and called Reverie to see if they had a walk in appointment available .The nice lady on the phone said yes come on in. I didn't get the young man's name that did my pedicure and manicure but he did phenomenal job. He made me feel comfortable and that anxiety about going to have a pedicure drifted away.
