Location is drive-thru only. Only 1 person showed up to work, again, doing everything alone and obviously overwhelmed and unable. 4 cars ahead of me in drive thru, took 28 minutes. 9 cars behind me came, waited, then drove off during that time. Others came and were 8 deep when I finally made it through. I usually drive off after 5 minutes with no movement, and should have, but I wanted a Bojangles bacon egg and cheese biscuit: whole point of wait, and I had the time to wait. Lady takes 1 order, makes that order, cashes them out, then go to the next one = 1 car at a time. 1st request bacon egg and cheese, couldn’t get: bacon takes extra 7 minutes to cook. Disappointed, I ordered my next go to: steak egg and cheese biscuit, told okay she has those items. Charged correct price, $9 and some change, got my bag and left. Get to work 2 minutes down the road: find that I got steak only biscuit, steak patty overcooked and cool - not even warm, biscuit was completely destroyed and undercooked, bo rounds soft, warm, and tasted old - could have at least thrown them back in the grease for 2 minutes. Figured for that amount of time it would have at least been decent quality food since it was being made to order, but that was a no. Just saying, if you don’t have staff, close the location… Anyone could have gone to a sit down restaurant for breakfast and been in and out in 30 minutes, and had a better experience. I could have gone to McDonald’s 9 minutes down the road, ordered, and been to work in under 30 minutes with better food quality. This particular location is struggling badly, fortunately it usually isn’t this bad, but I felt it deserved an honest review because this was a...
Read moreI ordered the 2 piece combo with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I get to the window and pay. I hear the man on the line say they are out of mac and cheese, the man at the window says I need to wait for ch8cken and parks me in number 2. 5 minutes later a boy comes and let's me know that it will be 5 or 10 more minutes for mac and cheese. I am frustrated at this point and say give me whatever side, I dont care. He goes back in. While I sit there I realize that I did not receive my drink. At least 5 more minutes later, after I have tried to go inside (I didnt realize that isnt an option here) the kid comes out woth a box. I let him know I didnt receive the drink for my combo and that ive waited ridiculously long for everything else. That I no longer want the food and want a refund. He said the manager Jason says that no one can get a refund. I said I didnt have time to wait 5 more minutes for him to go get my drink and I left. So for $14 I received my two pieces of chicken, my mashed potatoes. I did NOT receive my drink, my mac and cheese OR THE DIPPING SAUCE I was charged for. Nor did I receive the option to decline the food and have my money returned. This location is obviously poorly ran. Can provide a picture of my receipt and what I got. I...
Read moreI get there around lunch time today 11:40ish 8/8/2024 and order the 5 piece strip mean with fries and a sweet tea. They were not busy, and only one car (blue BMW) in line infront of me. The worker at the Intercom says they need to cook the strips and there will be a 5 minute wait for them. I find that odd at lunch time that they have no lunch food cooked but proceed to pull up and pay. I'm asked to park, which I do. Ten minutes later a lady carrying what appears to be 6 boxes of strip meals and a bag of food comes out, hands me a box after confirming I ordered the 5 piece strip meal and fries, and walks off. I drive all the way back to work and find a 3 piece strip meal of undersized and overcooked strips, and a small order of dirty (should be called nasty) rice. Usually I wouldn't make a huge deal out of it if it wasn't for the fact that the price difference between the two meals is significant and the dirty rice looked and tasted like it was cooked in the dirty dish water from the night before. It's not hard to count to five and make sure fries are In a box before handing someone their meal, especially after you charged them for it. Children in 1st grade know how...
