We were traveling in Seattle when we happened to come across the Copper Cat. We stopped for cocktails and were fortunate enough to meet the amazing owners Jess and Bing. What a great surprise for a small distillery! In a nice little nook in Woodinville with a cidery and a few wine tasting rooms. Had a great visit on Saturday tasting some brandy, vodka and gin. They provide a free tasting and follow it up with some great cocktails. Wonderful husband and wife team always welcoming and kind. Great Brandy, multiple gin, vodka, sometimes limoncello or espresso liquor is available. Fun whisky club available with ever evolving variety of styles.

Bing and Jesse both create fancy flavorful cocktails each month , Plus there is a consistent cocktail menu to fall in love with as well.
