Warr-King Wines — Attraction in Woodinville

Purchased the "Women Wine Makers" pass through the Woodinville wine country website and this was one of the 4 venues associated with the pass. The inside is beautiful and cozy with a boutique feel to it--they have some really unique art work on the wall too which is nice to look at it as you go through their amazing flight. The staff is super friendly and do a great job of explaining each pour.

But honestly, the wine is really a bonus when it comes down to it because the service here is what really made us lifelong supporters. Lisa, the owner and winemaker, took the time to give us a tour of the winery in the back and gave us the back story to her business as well as ways she gives back to the community. It was truly incredible hearing about all the work she puts into her craft and it makes the wine all the more tasty!

What a special winery! It's unique to find a winemaker owner around here but to find a winemaker owner who's nailing it - that's extraordinary!

We tried the red flight and both agree that there wasn't a mediocre one in the bunch! They were all excellent for different reasons, I cannot imagine that anyone wouldn't find a red here that they can't live without. Next time, we'll try the whites and rosé flight.

The winery has a very cute, inviting tasting room and the big, barrel space in the back is specials and beautiful as well. Great for groups and parties. The two women running the winery were very knowledgeable, warm, and really love working for this winemaker which says a lot about the quality of the woman owner. I love to see when people love their bosses.

I was very overwhelmed by the kindness and support from the owner Lisa and the ladies at Warr-King Wines. This past weekend me and my spouse went there for my birthday and after a year of being deployed to the Middle East by the military we needed a break and relaxing time together.

It was a very busy afternoon with patron bustling all over the place and we were greeted by Lisa who took the time to share her wine with us, to include a tour of her facility, and her work with the community.
