Brought my car in to get an aftermarket steering wheel installed. Halfway through the job they said they couldn’t do it and still charged me $260. Going there to pick up my car up, the guy said “there’s no one in Washington that could do this job” which was a pretty ignorant comment since the person I bought it from said it was an easy job and same with the next shop that i went to. After getting it installed by another shop they informed me that the previous shop had put the wheel on incorrectly and it was one tooth from being centered causing the car to drift to the right. Pretty much got scammed. If you cant do the job then don’t accept it, you knew exactly what the job was before accepting it and still decided to rip me off of $260.

To be frank their work and prices are good; I understand things go wrong or additional parts may be needed with any repair so I was ok with the one week delay.

My main concern was that I was charged not only for the additional part they needed but they charged me additional labor since they had to take the part of twice as they forgot something.

I want to be fair and say that if you go here they will do good work BUT be very clear on what the price will be. I walked in with a 700 dollar quote and payed around 1200.

Again, I understand more parts may be needed and am giving them the befit of doubt for the extra things they said they ended up needing and delays but the fact that they charged me labor twice for removing the same part while they had my car is...
