A Must-Visit for Coffee Lovers and Cyclists Alike!
Coffee: 5/5 Pastries: 2.5/5 Vibe: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Value for Money: 4.5/5
I recently visited Sidekick, and it's safe to say that it's become my new go-to spot in town! The ambience is welcoming, with a vibe that makes you want to stay and soak it all in. It's no wonder this place is a favorite among locals and cyclists, bustling with energy in the mornings. Now, let's talk about the coffee - the "Theo Mocha" is a game-changer. It's easily my personal favorite, with a rich and robust flavor that sets the standard for what good coffee should be. Alongside my coffee, I indulged in a couple of pastries. The chocolate croissant was spot-on, delivering that perfect flaky and chocolatey goodness. However, the other puff pastry didn't quite hit the mark, but it was still enjoyable. What stands out about Sidekick is its ability to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere despite the morning crowds. It's a testament to the dedication of the staff and the overall management of the cafe. In conclusion, Sidekick is more than just a coffee shop; it's a vibrant community hub that's worth checking out. Whether you're a cyclist looking for a pre-ride caffeine boost or simply someone who appreciates a great cup of coffee and a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place to be. I'm definitely recommending Sidekick to...
Read moreI love this place, their coffee is delicious and really taste really special than other coffeeshops i tried. I can't even start describing how amazing the taste of their pastries.
I am a coffee drinker and I usually drink 3-4 cups of coffee a DAY and I can guarantee that this place is one of the BEST coffee shops I tried, they also gave me my coffee really hot the way I love it and usually I end up asking other coffeeshops to either heat it or redo it, but this place did it from the first try without me asking! If you ask me about this place I would definitely recommend it to you not only because they have tasty coffee and pastries but also because they sell other stuff like honey and small snacks.
Regarding customer service they are seriously friendly and I love that happy attitude they give their customers that draws a smile at people face and that welcoming attitude which makes me want to come back every day!
I highly recommend this location.
Side note! Good place to work as well if you want to kill that work from...
Read moregreat coffee but they really need music or something in the background, this place get insanely busy and you have to either get there when they open or get super competitive for a table. A Lot of people use this place as like an office, so just be aware it gets quite loud, theres often kids running around. Fantastic place to study from 6 am to about 8:30 when the crowd hits cause after that it gets quite loud and one of the waves of people come thru and pack the place. I've seen a lot of programmer group meetups there and church groups there. it's a great place, i love this coffee shop, it's just not suited very well for lots of people in my opinion and hard to study (at least for me) when it gets as loud as it does there, and i don't mean the type of background noise kinda loud, it's always the kind that makes your noise cancelling headphones useless.
Love this place, but getting harder and harder to justify the food nowadays, coffee is absolutely...
