Had the worst experience today. First time at the winery, enjoying every glass that was poured. The lady who was taking care of us (Arielle, super cool) was off helping other customers... When out of no where some really rude person named Christine came to our table and asked very sharply "Are you wine members? (It's our first time so no) oh well you have the wrong menue (not our fault, and like we cared anyway) ..... then proceeded to ask of we had paid for the popcorn and pretzels that we had at the table which was basically asking if we had stolen them. We were literally just sitting around and talking being low key considering joining the club. We then found out she manages the wine club members. Because of this experience i will not be back. The only saving Grace was Arielle, who some what smoothed the situation over.

I will be telling every one I know about...

We had a reservation, and walked up after each having about two glasses of wine over four hours. We waited patiently to be seated and were told that they were choosing not to serve us "because our conversation led them to believe we were too intoxicated". While I understand their right to not serve others, we found it incredibly frustrating that they assumed we were intoxicated with absolutely no symptoms of intoxication. We were having a very calm conversation outside their front door and we were very confused by their refusal of service. We will not go back after an accusation that we thought...

Was really looking forward to coming here after reading high praises about the wine, but was unfortunately very disappointed by the experience. This is not the winery to come to in a group. Made a reservation months before to show some out of town friends around the Woodinville scene after finally getting vaccinated. Upon our arrival for our 3:45p res. was told it could not be honored because we were laughing too loud while waiting outside. Best to spend your money at the better...
