We had a very enjoyable dinner with some friends from out of town and out of the country. We'd driven past this area and thought it looked interesting and so chose Brix partly for that reason and to try somewhere new. Meg looked after us and she's great. Very friendly, efficient and was excellent at checking in on us at the perfect time. Highly recommended. Our friends ate the charcuterie, while we had the sprouts and the scallops to start. The scallops with mashed potatoes were cooked very well and tasted great. The sprouts were very enjoyable. Then a combination of the French Dip, the burgers and the chicken salad. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Meg brought me mayo for my fries and suggested the garlic mayo which everyone enjoyed. A bunch of desserts to round out the meal. There was a loud family in the corner but the restaurant was otherwise pretty quiet even though quite busy as the evening progressed. The outdoor patio was busy too.

First time eating at Brix and we were not disappointed. The wait staff was excellent(very attentive but not overly- so good) Not pictured here but we started with the warm broccoli salad and steak bites both delicious! She had the spring risotto and I had the smoked paprika prawns- totally different flavor palettes but suited both our tastes to a tee. Now, I’m a self-described ā€œdesert guyā€ so while we were totally stuffed, I insisted that we try desert… good call!! The peach bread pudding was KILLER!!!! And this is the ā€œdesert guyā€ talking but I gotta say we both thought it was the best!! My only slight on Brix is the acoustics. It may just have been the loud mouth lady behind us but… I thought it was super loud in there… maybe look into acoustic tiles or something?? Please don’t let that stop you from dining here because the food is quite good and worth a loud mouth or two sitting behind you :-)

6/20- I can't believe how good this margherita flatbed was. There was an option for sweet potato crust and it was crispy and šŸ˜‹. As always I have to have my roasted broccoli, it's the best! @brixwinecafe #brixwinecafe #flatbreadpizza #roastedbroccili #foodie I've been coming here since the original Brix first opened. I do like the food and menu. We ordered roasted broccoli, salmon and gnocchi and bread pudding. We liked all of our dishes! Very tasty and nice presentation. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because I asked to substitute the gnocchi with papperdell instead and they wouldn't. The waitress said that they portion everything out beforehand so they can't do substitutions. šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø Didn't completely understand that. The couple that we were with also liked their food.

Brix is a perfect night out in the new wine hub of Woodinville—friendly staff, fantastic food and wine, and reasonably priced. The ambiance is warm and lively without being too loud, and the high ceilings and low lighting are the perfect combination of spacious and inviting. The hummus, salmon cakes, papardelle, and chocolate/espresso pot de crĆØme were all delicious. Highly recommend!

Edited to add: finally got around to having brunch here and it was fantastic!! we sat outside with the option of heaters in the lovely open air. The prosciutto eggs Benedict was savory without being too salty, the brioche bread was soft and thick, and the potatoes were crunchy and perfectly seasoned. The egg scramble was also delicious. Special thanks to our server Mario, who was friendly, efficient and helpful!

Edited to add (Jan 2025): Tried the French Onion Soup for the first time and it is absolutely delicious--cheesy, with crunchy bread on top of a flavorful onion broth. Perfect for a winter meal. The potatoes are always the best around as well. A big shout-out to our server Emma today, who was attentive and friendly. We especially appreciated her working so hard given how busy the restaurant was at brunch on a Saturday. Many thanks!

Edited to add: Many thanks to our server Ryan, who went to extraordinary lengths to accommodate our party's special dietary needs. Ryan was incredibly helpful and attentive during a very busy time and we very much appreciated his fantastic customer service!

Edited to add: today our great server was Emma, who was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Thank you, Emma!

Edited to add: I really can’t say enough about the staff here. Today our server was Emily and she was fantastic, taking the time to check in with us and making sure that everything was perfect....
