You have potential. Unfortunately, your staff is task-oriented, rather than guest-oriented. Go up to a staff member and ask him/her what his or her number one concern is. He/she might say, - to ensure the napkins are stocked, ensure all the glasses are clean, to greet customers - fire them all (and the manager). The only right answer is to take care of the customer. Only AFTER the customer is taken care of of would they they then stock X.... Look at your cameras on 7/5. I sat at the bar at open. 1) How many employees walked by my empty glass? 2) How many of the same employees walked by my empty glass more than once? And why did they do so? Because taking care of the guest was "not my job." They are assigned other tasks. It was not they're concern. You are NOWHERE NEAR fine customer service. Are you better than some of your neighbors - perhaps. But don't let that be your standard. Have people leaving saying, 'WOW!" If you're happy just being one one in a crowd - then just keep being you. If you want to stick out - YOU HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO. You have absolutely no idea of what SUPERIOR...

Being a frequent wine-taster at their other Woodinville location over the last several years I was excited to check out this new location! Molly set me up with a delicious tasting and enticed me with an amazing food menu. Despite not being real hungry, I decided to try the "old world style meatballs" which were INCREDIBLE! The sauce is actually made with their Block 17 Syrah! Mmmmmmm........

After business picked up a bit (it was a slow day overall) I was also helped by Mariah who did an amazing job of explaining to me about several of the wines in detail. I was fortunate enough to try some really impressive wines and I've seen that Alexandria Nicole has come far with new varietals and even higher quality then I remember (and I always have liked their wines!)

Definitely check out this tasting room. It has outdoor seating (though some of may be reserved for wine-club members) as well as plenty of indoor seating and a wonderful comfort and decor! Our visit to Alexandria Nicole Cellars was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm, attentive service that truly made the experience special. The wines are absolutely top-notch—each one more delightful than the last. We were so impressed that we became members right then and there!

If I had to offer any feedback, it would be to expand the food options and include more non-alcoholic beverages. But honestly, that’s a minor point in an otherwise flawless experience.
