While the place is lovely in most areas, as others have Mentioned the staff is rude and not helpful with anything. I inherited my mom's condo. The shower was leaking as was all the other people in her unit at various times, and they would give me no help. They said it's the owner's responsibility. As it turned out after spending $8000 to have bath fitters come in since no one could find the leak, It turned out it was leaking from the siding on the outside that was warped. My mom before she died how to wait 8 weeks before she could take a shower one time as bath fitters took that long to make it. Carolyn is extremely rude and always has been. While I was paying all the fees and taxes I was told my husband and I could not use the facilities or pool. They said I could only use it if I physically live there. They knew me and knew I was the only survivor and paying all the bills. They offered no help to any problems we had at the place And unfortunately most of the people in her building had the same problems. Eventually they said we could use the pool but by that time I had sold the place. I would never live here and if your parents are older, if they go here as others have mentioned no one will help them will help them or assist...

Do not buy here, my parents were treated so shabbily this week. The windows had to be replace due to leaks on the lower unit. They left my parents in a mess did not rehang blinds or curtains, the hardware was removed. Dust and dirt all over, the management company said it was not their responsibility. The women was nasty. My mother is 88 and my father is 90. I am fuming. The taxes are high and so is the maintenance taking this to a lawyer. They would not give my parents the name of the contractor. Manager Barbara is EXTREMELY Rude and Unprofessional. Barbara always has an attitude, yells when frustrated, and is dismissive. She hangs up on people - doesn’t care help or guide.

Owners of this community - IF you want people to rent here? I suggest you switch Barbara, for someone that truly cares about the people that rent here. Barbara chooses WHO to be “nice” to, poor behavior.
