Park your car in the spaces provided, take your returned item and cell phone and follow the signs down to the door. Go inside and go all the way to the lady where you'll see the refund kiosk. I have no idea what idiots work here, but every time I have a package coming from woodland park, I get annoyed. Every single time there is some issue. Either the drivers lie about being unable to deliver due to dogs (?) which is a straight up lie, or the driver loses tracking to Amazon, or that my mail room is locked which it NEVER is.

Totally lazy, incompetent workers who are miserable and shouldn’t be delivering if they hate their job so much.

This site delivers but never reads delivery instructions why are you delivering a package at 4am or 5am and the business does not open til 8? Then when you contact them you cannot pick up the item that the instructions should've been followed on.
