Subway — Restaurant in Woodland Park

I just left the store extremely irritated as it seems the staff is not adequately trained to deal with people. I have been to this establishment multiple times, and multiple times the staff has been nothing but disrespectful. They usually have AirPods in, not even listening to the customer, talking to one another and attending the customer when they please. Today, as soon as I was given the little attention they felt like giving, I asked for a 6 inch herb and cheese, the usual female worker who has often been disrespectful, grabs a 12 inch white bread and asks “this one?” After telling her once again what I wanted it, she proceeds to toast it as black as charcoal. After asking why my bread was so burnt, she proceeds to tell me “I have served customers even more burnt bread and they ate it just fine. There is nothing wrong with it.” I am a 59 year old woman and my gums cannot handle this hard rock bread. Not to mention it is extremely disrespectful to tell me how my bread, the one that I am paying for with the money out of my pocket, should be toasted. Placed an online order over the app for delivery. This store does not offer delivery. I wanted to use the BOGO offer which is not available through the delivery services. Well I placed the order was charged for it then a few minutes later got a message that something went wrong with the order. I went down to the store to talk to someone because the phone wasn’t being answered. It went straight to voicemail. The two employees there couldn’t even speak English. Fortunately there was a FedEx driver who translated for me. They had no record of my order yet my housemates debut card was charged for it. I will not be going back to...

Food is good, no complaints on that. As for customer service, if I can give zero stars, I would. The lady who was taking my order was extremely rude. I was being asked the same questions, so I assumed she couldn’t hear myreplies. I answered a little louder with absolutely no attitude or intention on being rude or unkind. She abruptly told me to relax and that she was just asking me a question. I responded that I was not trying to be rude and I simply thought that she couldn’t hear me. She proceeded to mumble and talk about me in Spanish, thinking I couldn’t understand. Her attitude is terrible and uncalled for....
