Vietnam Pho — Restaurant in Woodland Park

Food was great, but disappointed at the service. We have eaten here twice, with the same waitress/hostess and it less than satisfying. We were sat down and ordered our food /beverage items. She placed our food down for us and never checked in on us after that. When the bus boy came to take our dishes away, we asked to order some bubble tea. He went and got out waitress and she came over and said "did you need something else" in a manner like we were inconveniencing her. We ordered our bubble tea. Then, prior to even receiving that bubble tea, they handed us the check. We received our bubble tea in a to go container (which niether of us had mentioned taking it to go) while the other 2 tables around us had in GLASS containers, we felt rushed out. We asked for jelly and boba in one of the drinks and it was incorrect. As we were sipping and chatting, someone came and started to clear the table once again. And checking to see if we were ready to pay, again feeling as if we were an inconvenience and being rushed out.

Needless to say, we will not be returning anytime soon due to the quality of service. It's a shame too because the food is rather good.

Food is OK but the service is absolutely horrendous. Waitress are not very friendly or know how to do their job. After I was seated and my order was already in, I watch a handful of people come in after me, get seated and some how received their pho before mine and nonetheless I ordered plain pho. Since my waitress was so hard to get a hold off, I asked another waitress why that was the case and she said that she doesn’t know, she is not my waitress, so I asked speak to a manager. He told me had to do with the order of tables. So next time should I ask which table is number 1 and is going to get their food first? Because I sure already know which table will get their food last (even though I guess it doesn’t matter if their order was put in first). Ridiculous, not ever coming back because this wasn’t my first time there. The time before that they accidentally gave my bowl to someone else, and they had tell them that it’s not theirs.
