Unprofessional. No communication.

Originally had an appointment to drop off at 2:00, no text back. When I got there he told me he did not have time anymore and we agreed to bring it in the morning. It was an hour trip there and an hour back

Tried scamming me by charging me more than quote without letting me know.

Didn’t wrap corners on flooring and blamed it on the size of his material, even though he used 2 separate pieces of sheet metal instead of one.

Jagged uneven cuts everywhere, and some screws were not screwed in all the way.

Followed me to a gas station and kept insisted on taking everything out and refunding me.

Really disappointed
