Starfaces — Local services in Woodlawn

I was extremely upset yesterday at my makeup done in white Marsh. I was there on time- never got a call to say the MUA just arrived. 2 people was ahead of me even though I was 1st. Then I get in the chair to get glamorous makeup and it was a flop. She was doing 3 people including me- HOT MESS-- my face was not done correct. Foundation was OFF, Lip liner crooked, did not define my eyes, put simply eye shadow when I asked for a dramatic cat eye look but with glitter, nope didn't get that, no blush then charging me $135 OVERCHARGE ME- same face in other starfaces it's only $70-95. The Artist was Quitee who has done my face before but yesterday was a Epic Fail- seems like she didn't want to do it and didn't use her fabulous creative skills. Sadly I refuse to go back to that location- all that money and I had to fix my makeup in the car. I actually send pics to 3 MUA to see if I was tripping 🙃 but all 3 confirmed it wasn't good just MID yikes. I still paid, tip and walk away before I started flipping out very disappointed. They owe me a free makeup or something lol.. I will never cheat on my MUA Again lol All Starfaces locations should have the same level of professionalism, skilled Artist , Makeup Cape, and clean brushes. I got my makeup done for an event at Security Mall two weeks ago. The makeover experience I had that day still boils my blood. Makeup artist in this place is very unprofessional, very rude, just terrible. I did my makeup for my child’s event with this lady, don't know her name but she is the one who can’t speaks clearly. I don’t know who hired her to be a makeup artist, she literally put 10 pounds of makeup on my face and made me look like a cake! I asked her to do my eyebrows, she doesn’t even know how to do it, the lipstick was everywhere, under eye concealer made me look 10 years older and on top she had the nastiest attitude when I asked her to fix it. With this horrible makeup the price they charge is super high! Neverr go there, I ended up leaving with tears and wiped everything off in my car. I wish I could have gotten my money back but didn’t wanted to deal with the nasty mouth women. Please do yourself a favor and find a freelancer to do your makeup, it will be way worth the money! My daughter face was absolutely stunning for prom! We happened to catch STAR while she was there and she was kinda quiet but kind and smiled. It was a little wait but it was ok, she has the music playing and it's very beautiful and girly in the shop. She had a customer and it was a little girl with her aunt, the aunt yelled about the prices after STAR did her face and walked out and told the little girl to wipe it off, it was sad but STAR said its ok to the little girl because she knew that day was special and let her keep everything for half the price she paid. I really liked how she handled that situation. These reviews are mostly negative because of hate but I love women that are confident like me.
