The lady through the drive-through today at 8 o’clock was by far one of the second worst customer services I’ve ever received at Popeyes. Talk about an arrogant, worker with no kind of skills whatsoever. I place an order through the drive-thru and inform the lady that I needed condiments included with the order. She informed me to remind the person at the drive-through window that I need honey mustard and honey. When I arrive at the drive-through window, the same person on the drive-through intercom is at the window. This lady was too lazy to include it in the order when I was placing it. So I remind her again about the condiments, and she looks at me with a crazy straight face, as if she can’t comprehend anything. She informs me to look in the bag and there’s no condiments. Then, when I informed her, there’s no condiments in the bag, she goes and grab the condiments with a snotty attitude. And says nothing after that. You see it’s people like this that have no business being in the food industry. I’ve seen this lady many times in Popeyes and she’s usually had pretty good customer service. But a lot of people will fake it until they make it and then you’ll catch them off guard one day and find out who they truly are. And this older lady is a fake, slow and incompetent. I normally don’t leave a lot of reviews but somebody Hass to do something pretty severely for me to leave a negative and this terrible worker is one that I do not mind at all expressing 80 star review.. Read moreToday will be my family’s last time patronizing this location. The bad part is this is our closest location. Long story short the service doesn’t mirror customer appreciation. I was told today that they weren’t allowed to take 2 orders from one car. This was said to be the rule made by the owner. So after waiting at the window the cashier gave me the “take it or leave it”stance. I purposely made the 2 orders at the menu board to see, how they would conduct the situation. Like I thought they failed. $30 worth of chicken tenders and a headache. I had a similar experience a few weeks prior about substituting a side for a biscuit. They wanted to create an up charge for a downgrade ! So I went inside to make the second order for my son. We pull off and in the midst of going down Security Blvd. They didn’t put his strawberry biscuits in the bag ! So pressed for the cash but won’t make reasonable accommodations for the customers that they require so much of. I actually sat there and waited for this “employee” to do the right thing. As of July 2023, since 2022 the Popeyes locations have been serving much smaller chicken pieces specially thigh pieces (look at the pictures) than they used to and the prices are higher at the same time. Overall the customer isn't getting a good value. Lately I have repeatedly received thighs as small as wings. It's sad. To get the best value for your money if you have the time fill out the survey on the back of the receipt and get 2pcs chicken with purchase of a larger drink. So for about $4 you get something that is normally order much much higher. This is the only way to stretch your dollar with the small chicken pcs you get normally.
