I was really in a pinch. Computers Plus really came through for me when no one else would! I was losing hope that my files could be recovered because I had previously brought my mac to other repair shops and they kept telling me there was nothing they could do for me. I figured that it wouldn’t hurt to try one more place before giving up and I am so glad that I did! My motherboard was shot and the battery was also not working so they checked the ssd. Unfortunately it wasn’t recognizing my files so they extracted the information into an enclosure and miraculously the files were able to be recovered! I am seriously so grateful to them as all those files were comprised of my college assignments and I would seriously have been devastated if I lost all four years of my college assignments.
