I purchased a washer/dryer set from Appliance Direct and within 48 hrs it blew a fuse. The owner replaced the set within a week. The new washer had instructions plastered on it that did not belong to its particular brand. The new dryer had blue stains on the inside. (I'm guessing blue jean stains)

Shortly after using the washer, we noticed clothes coming out with brown stains that they did not have going into the washer. And, the blue stains from the inside of the dryer began bleeding out onto our white clothes and linen. (which have been destroyed)

When I called them, their number had changed. I contacted the financing company to get their updated contact. After doing so, I left 3 voicemails and no one returned my call. I contacted the number on my warranty certificate and sent an email. Still no response.

Over all really happy with the value I received. I saw the same washer and dryer set for sale in lowes except a newer model for about double the price. Mario, and I didn't catch the other guys name, but I like to think it was Luigi, were very helpful during the buying process and install. I have done two loads and they work just fine. I think the dryer is a bit slow, but that's what to expect thease days from energy efficient models, I think. My favorite part was not having to move the units anywhere after I moved all of my belongings in just a few days ago. I took one star off because there was lint in the lint trap, and I didn't like touching someone else's lint. However, I probably will upgrade with them when I move and buy a house. I normally never leave bad reviews but this has been beyond a frustrating experience. Purchased a dryer from here and it’s since broke and already been replaced by what appears to be a lower quality dryer…that has also stopped working. The costumer service and return time to fix these issues has been laughable and the dryer last time didn’t even come clean with a dirty lint trap. If I could just get a refund I would but it appears I have to keep recycling these poorly functional dryers with other poorly...
