Wish I could give a 0 star rating. The worst mistake I could have made was paying for my couch and trusting they would follow through with what they agreed on. First they lied to me the day I bought the couch and told me I could come pick it up the following Monday because I told them the only way I was buying it was if I could have it before family came into town. They call me a few days later and tell me only half of my couch will be available and try to act like I was told that when I bought the couch even though it was very explicitly made clear that I had to have it before family came to town and they agreed that it would be here. After telling them I wanted to cancel my order since they were being shady about the whole thing they offered a loaner couch which is what it is because they told me the other half of my couch would be here today and they would deliver it and pick up the loaner so I would have my couch by Christmas. Now they are telling me I won't have my couch until next week because it isn't coming in until Thursday. And again they are acting like they told me this even though I still made it clear it better be before Christmas and they agreed so I did not cancel my order. I'm willing to bet when Thursday comes around they will manufacture some other excuse as to why I cant have the couch I paid for weeks ago for another week or 2. Do not under any circumstance trust these people. They are only in it to make a sale no matter what lies they have to tell you to...

Great pieces and prices. I’ve gotten my couch and dinning room table from here. I bought the protection plan for my couch, because we have 3 kids. The process to submit the actual was claim easy ,but 4 stars cause the communication from Guardsman SHOULD be better..I almost lost faith; they need to work on this process. I had to call them often for updates, the updates were very vague. they don’t email you or provide you “claim status” information automatically. Then they have “special hours of business” like Mon-Wed so you can’t get through after like 2 or something but anyway the claim is being worked & we are currently waiting on the replacements. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I purchased a bedroom set from this place. I just purchased a brand new house and their delivery guys showed up complaining about not having gas because their boss did not give them a gas card. Then proceeded to gash holes in my brand new walls have black hand marks all over my walls as well as gash my door frame. The company has offered $75 to fix scuffs and have told me they will not be paying to repair the holes in my walls that their delivery crew caused. They also left trash all over my home in my driveway and left a piece of the furniture on top of my car. Worst experience I’ve ever had...
