I got a Samsung washing machine in July 2020 warranty they give for 6 months expired in January 2021. The washing machine stops spinning I call Samsung because any Samsung product comes with a year warranty from Samsung I call Samsung to get my washing machine and guess what the serial number was removed. Call this company to get the serial number the guy says that the company they get it from takes off the serial number 🤔 because the give a six month warranty. They sold me a washer/dryer set and when I called the next day to let them know that one of the cycles was not working on the washer they never returned to my calls. I left 4 messages within a week's time and when they finally answered the kid took my information down and set an appointment for the next day, and of course, no one came or called. I'm tempted to go to the Better Business Bureau because the reason I bought with them is because of the 4 month warranty. ...
