I had a great customer service experience with McClures Furniture. I bought a mattress that was soft and hard on my back and was getting dips in it. I tried to make it work but 2 years later I called to see what the warranty would cover. They told me they were no longer selling that brand because of quality issues but offered to swap mine out for another name brand, firmer mattress at no charge.
