Steve and his crew are the most knowledgeable people I know on making beer. I started by wandering into their store about 4 years ago and now have a full scale operation in beer making. To this day, I don't know anyone personally that has more knowledge than Steve on the subject, and I've gotten around a little bit in recent years. You will get your beer/wine right the first time if you take their advice.

Ordered some grains online and the retailer forgot to crush them for me. I went into Blackstone Valley Brewing supplies this weekend and they were an incredible help.
