Cookies Worcester Dispensary — Local services in Worcester

Really disappointed with this cookies location. The live resin cart shown in the photo was $80 and is oxidized to hell. Was just purchased on the 20th and I have not used it nor will I be using it. I put a Local Live resin product from my area in the photo for reference of what Live Resin is supposed to look like. I hope they are not selling products like this to other people or med patients its not healthy and can do harm to your lungs and body. Im really glad I couldn’t make it to the store yesterday to do an exchange because I spoke to one of the owners Ross today and he said I would have to go through the group that made the product. When I had called them prior to this call with Ross they had told me I would have to contact the dispensary that sold it over the matter( aka call cookies its out of our hands). I was informed by cookies they would be in touch with the products distributor regarding this matter and was told to leave a call back number. I guess we will see what happens.

Overall not a terrible dispensary but definitely not my first choice. The customer service was decent chill budtenders, all the people in the store were pretty friendly and knowledgeable about the product they sold and aside from the concentrates. This review definitely would have been a little more negative if I had actually drove an hour to the store location yesterday to be told they have to contact the distributor and can let me know in a day or so whats going to happen. Definitely saved myself some time money and gas by not being able to make it and...

So this could easily be a 5 star but the fact that this happened 4 times is ridiculous on both parties sides. 3 of MKX’ cartridges have leaked on me and I can’t return or exchange since it’s already been opened. My issue is that since it happened the first time no big deal right. But I get a cart from the same brand again, I use it and again at the halfway mark of the cart it starts to leak. I buy another cart from the same brand (MKX’) and again it leaks for the THIRD TIME. But I can’t return it or nothing because it’s been opened so to save myself the frustration I buy from another brand, Sparq. I got it on the 3rd of this month and 3 days later ITS LEAKING. I call to let them know but I’m stuck with a leaked cart. Why does Cookies still continue to buy from these suppliers just to give us faulty carts that leak every time at the halfway point? It’s like they know they’re buying garbage, but nothing can be done because we can’t return the evidence. Customers are stuck with faulty carts, and cookies get to make money off of...

Usually have a good experience here and stop in to buy a pretty big order. I don’t order ahead as it’s typically a last minute decision on my way back from other destinations. This time I was standing around waiting as there was only one budtender. The woman in front was friendly and said that Mike(I think that’s his name) would be right with me. I get in and there’s no one there. Only one guy who didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I went to the counter to just order and a lot of what I saw on the shelves ended up being out of stock. So I’m walking back and forth between the shelves and counter attempting to put an order in. No assistance offered still. I would’ve bought more if I had known what was available. I usually spend close to $500 but not this time because I got so frustrated. I Ended up somehow buying a CBD cart when I was told it was THC and didn’t realize till I was home almost an hour away. I love Berner and his brand so I’m sad that I now have a bad taste...
