Bought defective jack stands (the more expensive aluminum ones), returned them unused with a valid receipt and was accused by the assistant store manager (Miguel) of using the store as a tool rental place. I had to insist I never used them which was the truth. He tried to make me pay a 20% restocking fee (as if they're going to try to resell a defective product), told me if I ever try to return something again he won't take it back and to add injury to insult, when I asked to compare my original receipt with the return receipt he threw in a "what you can't count?" comment. The guy is a toolbag with a piss-poor scarcity mentality as if everybody who walks through the door is there to cheat the system or something. I've never been treated so poorly for returning an item, EVER and I'm waiting to hear back from the district manager regarding the incident. This is generally the one place that is worth travelling 40 minutes just to get some tools. You are pretty much always able to find a 20% coupon online to save on your most expensive product too. A lot of people have mixed opinions about this store but fortunately I have never been disappointed. So far nothing but great products at a great price so I have no complaints. They also always have FREE coupons so if you go in and buy something for day 1$ and you have a coupon for A Free 24Pack of AA Batteries for example than you just made out with 24 batteries plus your purchase for 1$ I love this place needless to say I could probably fill a pool with batteries at this point because I am there so often.
