I used to be a regular customer at Adom African Market on Main Street in Worcester, but after my latest experience, I will never shop there again. Initially, everything seemed fine—the products were decent, and the service was acceptable. However, my recent visit was an absolute disaster.
I was blatantly overcharged on several items, and when I pointed out the mistake to the cashier, she responded with shocking unprofessionalism. Instead of correcting the error, she became defensive and retaliated against me for her own mistake. Her rude and dismissive attitude was appalling and completely unacceptable.
This incident has revealed a serious problem with the way Adom African Market treats its customers. It’s clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction or fair business practices. Being overcharged is bad enough, but being treated with such disrespect when trying to address the issue is intolerable.
I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider shopping elsewhere. My experience has shown that Adom African Market lacks integrity and fails miserably in providing decent customer service. Until they make significant changes, I cannot and will not recommend this...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience shopping at ADOM Market, and I strongly advise against shopping there. I purchased a drink on December 29, 2024, only to discover it had expired in May 2024—months before I even bought it! Not only was this a waste of money, but it also raises serious concerns about the store’s commitment to basic health and safety standards. Selling expired products like that goes against store policies and can put customers at risk. On top of that, the store was overcrowded and uncomfortable, making the entire experience even worse. With the lack of attention to expiration dates and safety, it’s not worth your time or money. I’ll be avoiding this place...
