The owner, Ilah Cibis, was a true artist and a delight to work with. Her professionalism throughout the process of the custom-design of a pendant was impecable. Her love of what she does really shines through in her work, and her communication with the customer. My husband and I had a recent tragedy this past year- our home burnt to the ground just DAYS before our wedding date! We were in panic mode- everything we had for our wedding was inside our home. Including our wedding bands which is where Ilah enters the picture. She was kind enough to offer replacement bands for us both to have which she would rush to be ready for the big day (again just 5 days away!) Anyhow, we were able to get into the house to gather what we could and in the few moments inside we DID in fact grab the bands. When we informed her that we no longer were going to need her generous offering, she turned around and offered us something else. A custom made pendant once we returned to "normal" after the fire and the wedding and vacation...and something we could have her design which reflected all that occured this past year. I also lost my mother, who was my best friend, just months after I was married. Ilah and I decided that inserting a beautiful diamond stone in the center will now resemble my mother's angelic spirit, and her watching over me. This custom made, one-of-a-kind piece, will forever be held close to my heart. The owner, Ilah's kindness and compassionate spirit and desire to "pay it forward" to a total stranger such as myself is something that hold no words. She is a beautiful person both inside and out...and her work is OUTSTANDING! Go check out her shoppe in Sudbury, MA. She will consult with you to ensure everything is perfect and exactly as you want before moving forward with any design alterations....She truly makes you feel like you are the only customer and for being as successful as she is- we certainly know she only makes us feel that way because she cares. Had a day off after the march snow storm we had. Trying to catch up on a few errands and get a Cross put back on a necklace I had. I foolishly stopped into the jewelry extchange because it is a rather in expensive cross and chain. Believe it or not they would not work on it apparently they only work on crappy gold stuff. I had seem P M going by many times but not being a guy that buys stuff like this never had the need to stop in. I stopped in today to see if they would fix my cross. The lady at the store was so nice. She fixed it about 15 minutes before closing time and to top it all off wouldn't even charge me for the repair.

It inspired me to think up something to have here make ( Working on that just got out of the place) anyway highly recommended there are many great reviews but I wanted to add my experience. By the way I never even mentioned my problem with the other place to her but from the feeling I got it wouldn't have mattered. This is the type of place you don't find anymore. Not sure but she is probably the owner and the make custom pieces there. I'm sure you would never get a corporate experience there it's a small town feel and worth...

My boyfriend and I popped in today to check out options for a potential proposal down the line and I have to say this was one of the most magical experiences either of us has ever had. We are both neurodivergent and have to say this store is a sensory seekers DREAM. From the art to the interactive pieces spread about the location we were in love. We had lots of unknowns and questions and Ilah was patient and kind, happy to show us everything and never once made us feel pressured to purchase anything at all. We both fell in love with her work. We are definitely going back once we officially can get engaged financially. Loved every peice we saw. Ilah had jewelry for every possible esthetic it felt like, and if she didn’t she had helpful tools to help you imagine what you had in mind could look like! Strongly recommend popping in and looking around on a Wednesday...
