I want to share such an amazing customer service experience that I had yesterday at Wireless World at 757 Grafton St., Worcester. Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don’t take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn’t going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. I would give him a 10 star review if I could....

We had a broken phone screen and called (by chance as his was the first listing in the search results) on New Year’s Eve to see if it’s something they can repair. Although he wasn’t working Jose agreed to meet us at his store and was very courteous and kind. He kept us entertained while he repaired the phone, even made some local food recommendations when we had to wait longer as the screen we bought from Amazon didn’t work and he needed to have one from his other store sent over. These guys are great !!!! My phone screen wasn't displaying at all. Turns out it not only needed a new battery, but the main data cable pulled a bunch of pins out of the connector. It needed microscopic repairs to the port on the motherboard and several capacitors. They did the job perfectly in about a week. They are friendly, professional and I'm my opion, an excellent place to bring your device if it needs repairs. 5 stars isn't enough...
