I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it.

Bob, the business owner, and Adam, the audio tech who ran a diagnostic on my truck stereo, completely blew me away with their professionalism, empathy, and unmatched expertise.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a real person—not just a customer. They understand that people go through things, and they approach every interaction with care, patience, and genuine human kindness. It’s incredibly rare these days to find a place that still operates like that.

Bob is the kind of owner you don’t see much anymore. He gives more than he takes and runs his business with a big heart and a big brain. It’s obvious he takes pride in everything he does—and it shows.

And Adam? Absolutely brilliant. I studied audio engineering at Berklee College of Music, and even I hadn’t heard some of the terminology and techniques he used. For example, when he brought up “parasitic power drainage,” I was floored—most people would just call it “power loss,” but Adam knew exactly what to test for and how to explain it. He’s insanely knowledgeable, super professional, and clearly passionate about what he does.

This is the first place I’ve ever been to where I left feeling like I found more than great service—I found people I trust. People I want to keep around.

I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else. I’ve adopted this shop into my extended family—and I’m proud to say it.

The shop needs to be ran by the younger installers. The older owner is not knowledgeable about car audio and actually won't carry any other products besides the overpriced outdated crap that nobody buys anymore. He (Owner) actually bragged about turning people away who came in with skar and CT sounds, calling the products flee market audio. Sad he won't get out of the way of progress. At least let your son have the reigns. My info came from the mouth of the owner (That's how I know about your son). As stated no other products but old, overpriced, outdated crap that nobody buys. Again, The younger techs are great but the owner SMH as you can see from his reply not so much. Reviews should be used to make changes in efforts to increase business not harm them, and I do update and remove mine when this occurs, so there is no need to be upset especially since I would love to see you make the changes and blow up so that I can patronize your shop once again, but so far I'm being pushed away. Also since we are being honest, I came in with the same car as an older Caucasian woman but when she came in for an alarm she was told she didn't need one due to the manufacturers security features but just 3 months earlier I came in with the same year and make/model car but was sold an alarm for $700 computer alarm. As I stated before, get out of your own way. The Internet has changed the way people do business so those old bad ways...

I came to inquire about a remote start for my son's car in early December 2018. First off, just in case people don't already know, this place is VERY busy. So just be patient and expect to spend a little bit of time here. You won't regret it. They asked questions about the car and recommended the the best choice. I asked some questions back and they took the time to explain their recommendation. They did not try to upsell me. In fact, they steered me away from something more expensive that I asked about because it was unnecessary for what I needed. Because they are so busy, the next installation appointment was 3 weeks out, just after Christmas. So keep that in mind as well. I had hoped to surprise my son on Christmas, but I was okay with that. I brought the car in the afternoon before to drop off for the next day. It was estimated to take 3-4 hours to install , which again, was fine with me. I was very pleasantly surprised to get a call the next morning around 10AM telling me the car was ready! They told that they brought the car inside that evening and were able to get an early start on it. Even though I was unable to pick up the car until that evening, it was great to know it was done. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guarantee their work. The prices are good and worth every penny. These guys haven't been around since 1972 for nothing. Highly...
