Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a grape Sprite I got a cherry Sprite, I asked for cheese rings and I got cheese fries instead and they didn't even put the box in there properly my cheese fries are all over the bag and the cheese sauce is everywhere. I ordered the 1921 sliders and they tried coming out with four regular sliders. I am going to go on good faith and say this happened because it seems like your speaker in the Drive-Thru is messed up because I had to try and say my order to the cashier like three times. I'm trying to have faith inhumanity here and I hope your workers are not that braindead. I have not tampered with the order since I got home this is how the order was given to me this...

I stop there every morning so my son can get his breakfast sandwiches on his way to work. I filled out random surveys which gave me 2 breakfast sliders free on a couple of occasions. This morning I was treated poorly when I turned in the survey for the food. I was the only person in line, they asked me to pull up to the window and I literally told them 5 times what I wanted. Both associates which one was a manager, pretended she did not know what I was talking about. She stared at the survey then starred at me, as if I had stolen the survey, then it took them 18 minutes to give me the 2 sandwiches! Maybe my son should try McDonald's next time!!! Pretty bad service usually. While they can occasionally be polite and prompt, the concept of "plain" will often fly over their heads, causing a waste of time and food. Very frustrating and hard to forgive. Wait times are atrocious and my orders are almost always made wrong. Bathroom is dirty or locked often, and tables aren't always clean. I've had heard and experienced many bad orders and problems others have after eating. Become sick almost twice thanks to the food. However if it's made right and you walk out with fresh food, for the money it's not too bad, but far from good. Maybe a last resort for those who enjoy hamburgers or...
