Overall probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in some sketchy hotels before. To start, the front desk woman looked like it was an inconvenience to check us in when we got there. Then we got our room and it was so hot so we cranked the AC and turned the fan all the way up and it was barely blowing out any cool air. With that said, it took a full day to cool our room down. Looking around, it was absolutely filthy and it was clear that it hadn’t been fully cleaned before our arrival. The drawers and floors were covered in crumbs and dirt and the bathroom door was so dirty and looked like something had got locked in it and tried scratching its way out. The bathtub also had black mold all over it. Additionally, our TV didn’t work the three days we were there and the beds only came with two pillows each. Lastly, on our last night we were getting dropped back off by our Uber and wanted to stop in the office to address some of the issues we’ve been experiencing in our room. The same woman who checked us in was working again and looked annoyed and started waving her arms around signaling us not to come into the office although it was open when she saw us through the windows. After a minute, we decided to turn around and go in anyway. Again, she seemed like it was such an inconvenience to her to help us so we only ended up asking for a late check out for the following morning. She told us they “don’t do those” and basically tried walking away before anything more could be said. In the morning, I figured the rude lady would no longer be the one working so I called the office to request a late checkout again and the man that answered the phone accommodated our request and extended it by an hour.

This review scale needs a zero star option. This is a room I spent $118 to stay in last night. The first room I was given, the key card opened the door but it was very obvious there were occupants using that room. When I went up to the front desk and advised them of the situation, I was given the room next door. At 4:30 in the morning, there was furious banging at my door telling me I was in here illegally and they were going to call the police on me. So I laid in bed for 2 hours wide awake and nothing ever came of it. The refrigerator was defrosting itself (that's the giant chunk of ice) l guess, as there was moldy water all over the floor as you can see on the towel I used to wipe it up. There are two c-clamps holding onto the the front portion of the wash basin area. The bathtub is rife with mold and filthy and they must have locked a dog in the bathroom because the door/trim is all scratched up. The desk chair should have been abandoned long ago and there's a giant hole in the wall right next to the heating cooling unit. I can't tell if it's insect eggs or crumbs in every single drawer. The only reason I stayed is my night driving is difficult and the Airbnb was in an unfamiliar area. Location is handy, and M and the desk is accommodating, but those things are meaningless at a dive motel like this

so like the sheets are clean which is good but immediately it’s clear the floor is mopped with the dirty water. the smell was such that i didn’t even eat inside. it’s no smoking but there are several burns and cigarette holes in my sheets. and the bathroom well i’ll post pics of the shower and tbh even the front door and walls everywhere are just filthy. i don’t understand why. like it takes no time at all to rinse out a shower or wash a stucco wall. at least the front desk staff is nice but i have to wait until morning to do anything so i guess i’m supposed to clean up someone else’s hair out of the shower and i gauruntee when i ask about it they’re gonna say i already slept here they don’t care. oh and like half the lights don’t work. that’s not an exaggeration. literally half the lights in this room don’t work. here’s my rule of thumb as i’ve been traveling a while. if the groundskeeper/maintenance person lives on the property and introduce themselves to you “in case there’s any problems” you’re about to have some problems and they are not going to get fixed.

I have been here in the back building for a few weeks and my experience has been mostly positive only cause of Jessica at the front desk and the husband and wife in housekeeping assigned to my building! I love when Jessica is working she is so friendly, polite, professional, and helpful! Anything i need anytime Jessica is always there to help me and never complains or has an attitude, she is always smiling and taking care of whatever I need! When Jessica works she is always cleaning and sanitizing and making everything smell good and fresh, which i appreciate cause it shows she cares, she is one who follows and enforces company rules and guidelines and makes sure everything runs smoothly which i appreciate so much cause im a single woman who goes outside to smoke at night and she always makes sure not just me but all guests are safe and protected cause there's some sketchy ppl that come through here and they know better than to start anything on her shift! Jessica really should be a manager and get a huge raise and bonus cause of everything she does around here, this hotel wouldn't survive without her cause she keeps everything smooth and safe! I also like the married cpl that works housekeeping in my building they are so polite, sweet and efficient, and they always know everything i need as soon as they see me and they make sure I get it. There are a cpl things wrong with my room but it is small stuff. My biggest issue is the men that work the front desk, they have a habit of trying to come in my room without knocking, they other day the guy tried to come bursting in my room over a payment issue that his coworker didn't update and he almost broke the latch on my door, they are the reason I keep my door latched and locked cause nobody has the right to just burst in my room if im not causing an issue which i don't cause I stay to myself but as a single woman staying by myself that is extremely scary and unacceptable! I wish Jessica could just be here 24/7 so that I know im always safe and protected, and how smoothly things run when she's here, she seriously needs a raise and promotion cause she's already doing the duties and responsibilities anyway! The only reason I rated as many stars as I did is cause of Jessica and the married housekeepers that clean my...

This place dont even deserve 1 star to be honest! Came in from out of town looking for a nice descent place to stay and was mislead by the ratings...this place is the MOST unpleasant, unorganized, unacceptable place to be!! Not even exaggerating!!!! Checked in way before time to only get to a hair infestation in the room. Hair in the bed, all in the drawers, dust everywhere not included left behind streaks in the toilet!!!! There response was oh it's so busy at check out we dont have time...then to find out there's NO HOT WATER!!!! Not only that but from Saturday to Monday my lights have been going out every 2 seconds to 5mins. I have to keep calling the front desk so they can keep flipping the breaker. I cant even use the microwave or charge the phone without something going out. You have to use 1 thing at a time!!! Dont wash your hair because the hair dryer will knock out all power. The most DISTURBING THING IS I've been here since Saturday and house keeping has not been here to clean, change sheets, take out trash, or bring clean towels...REALLY??!! Here it is Monday and house keeping came by FINALLY and asked do you need anything...for them to take all the towels we had to go wash them. So I had to WAIT FOR THEM TO WASH AND DRY all the towels to be able to take a shower (2-3 hrs later) and manager STILL haven't spoke with us about anything! The staff are not on the same page and dont communicate with each other. Not to mention every time I leave my room they deactivate my room key!! So It's like I have to keep checking in. The inconvenience is too real!! I asked Johnathan for corporate information and he gives me the number to another red roof in Ohio (wow) they strongly Express 100% No Smoking and the whole entire building smells like cigarettes! I wake up out of my sleep to the smell and when you turn on the bathroom vent the smell comes in! Do Not Stay Here! I swear this is the truth! I have been talking to corporate my whole stay! It's...
