Good morning! Yesterday myself and 5 family members when here on my recommendation! They had never been here before and 3 of the 6 in my party was from out of, so, I having been here before on week days recommended Burrito Jalisco, I'm sorry to my family! The service was horrible 😫! I took over an hour to get our food! There was 2 parties over from us that was therevwhen we arrived, after they left they prepared those table to accommodate a party of 12. When they sat down we had already placed our order. Our order had been in for at least 40 minutes of more at that time. We had only received chips and salsa. We were having a great conversation with each other, but by now we are wondering why we hadn't received our appetizer. We continue to talk and have great conversation, but then the table across from us begins received their drinks, and appetizers. Mind you we were there 40 minutes plus before they were seated! Our appetizer was fries with meat and cheese not sure what it's was called. The fries were good, but the meat was very, very, dry and tasteless. Our orders were, Quesabirruas, nacho plate, cheese quesadilla plate tostado meal, chicken fajita dinner, and tampiquena. The server was absolutely horrible! We had to ask for everything! She never once can to check the table to see if we need anything! She was not friendly at all. She seemed to have gotten upset when we didn't want beverages! We don't drink all those fountain drinks with all those syrups/and sugars in them. We order water all around. We were going to do 3 🍨 desserts, and 3 other members of my party was going to.try tje cucumber margaritas. But, since it took so long for our order to arrive we decided against wait another long period for anything else. When we were get up to departure a lady came over to ask how everything went? She said she was a manager so, we shared the circumstances that we experienced with her. As we were walking out she walked with.us and we passed another young lady she told us always also a manger. This young lady had checked on us a couple to.e during our stay. She had a friendly attitude. They apologize for the server, and the long waith we had before we received our orders. However, if we hadn't had such nice conversation with each other our day would have been ruined by the SERVICE AND SO.E OF THE FOOD BEEING DRY AND TASTELESS. I WAS SORRY I RECOMMENDED THIS...

I went to dinner with my husband, we entered at 9:30 pm. A very kind young man opened the door for us to enter the restaurant, we asked if it was a good time to enter and they told us yes, they told us to sit on the side of the bar since they had cleaned the other side, we still had not sat down and one of the waitresses told us we close at 10 they have to hurry because we are leaving, when ordering our drinks almost she chose for us and hurrying because they already had to leave we ordered right away since it was understandable that they had to turn off the iron, for that they already told us again that if we need something else, they brought the dishes and hurried us to eat in almost 20 minutes but around almost 10 times do they need something else? They cleaned and interrupted, we're going to close the kitchen boy is rushing us to close, and one to another they said so until I finally gave up and I told him what's his name, who's in charge? I understand that they close at 10, but we go in before I understand that they have to close, I have friends and relatives who work in the restaurant in the kitchen, waiters and assistant waiters, I know how the iron works, it turns off at a certain time, they allow me to enter at a certain time, so let me speak to the manager, they told me that he is not there, for that reason Stefanie, who as she worked at the bar, noticed everything since she was in that area making cuts, for me she was in charge there, no one else was in charge of anything but her, she said that the one in charge The kitchen was pressed to close, when I asked to speak to him, he said that it wasn't him but the manager who automatically closed from where he was and that if she was there she would tell me the same thing, that she only worked at the bar and she contradicted herself again by saying that the lady who was serving us asked her to help us because she was leaving, in the end I told her the one in the kitchen, you the lady, everything is a little ping pong ball, so the dinner I thought I'd enjoy with my husband and having a good talk turned out to be quite the opposite. I have shared good conversation, food and drink with many friends and family here. Due to my unpleasant experience last night, I will no longer patronize this business. Myself and 6 others were looking forward to a great time at Burrito Jalisco last night. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences at this Resturant. To start, we were given nachos and salsa without plates. After 10 minutes I had to flag down the supervisor for assistance. Next, after taking our drink order, the waiter missed one of our orders . Again, i had to ask the supervisor for assistance. Did you know that they no longer offer frozen margaritas. I have never been to a Mexican Resturant that did not offer frozen and on the rocks. So, I got a margarita on the rocks. My margarita came with no salt or sugar on the rim, because the waiter didn’t ask. Once our dinner orders arrived, we had more issues. My friend ordered a beer which still had not arrived. The waiter was passing hot heavy plates over people heads instead of coming to the side of each person to place down the plates. They forgot to bring the tortillas with the fajitas. To make things worse my enchiladas were not good. This was the first time visit for 5 of the people in our party.
